The only thing that I order from Popeyes is the six wing box (not the meal) with lemon pepper seasoning. No drink, fries or anything else. There were a few people in line, one guy was arguing with one of the two cashiers. Another showed up started punching keys on the cash register and I was next. I asked for the six lemon pepper wings only (which means nothing else). She asked if I wanted a drink; no. She then while still punching keys she said honey lemon pepper wings and I said no, lemon pepper wings and I paid for it. She got my order and said honey lemon pepper wings and I said no, I ordered lemon pepper wings and She said you said honey lemon pepper wings I said no I didn’t she said yes you did and I said no, what’s that on the menu and pointed at it. She looked and said oh, they don’t have honey lemon pepper wings here; I’m sorry. What Popeyes have honey lemon pepper wings?

But Daneil is very kind . I think it’s an I think it’s an older African lady that works there. She’s very kind too. Everyone else act like they don’t only wanna be there, including the Caucasian manager, lady.
I have also noticed the person who takes the order make the order while everybody else is pretending back there to make orders. It should be two people on the register and maybe 2 or people back there making the orders.this seems to make the line go very slow
The wait will always be long so I don’t consider this fast food
Do not ever go here on your lunch or break thinking you’re about to get in and get out no it’s gonna at least take you about 15-20 minutes
You can’t ever use your points from the app on the ordering . You have to order online which is weird and should be looked into .

Ugh! I had left this place a mediocre review the first time I went, as they had just opened. Hoping that in the months since, they’d improved, I tried again. Nope. Definitely won’t go to this location again.
I ordered a three piece meal. What greeted me when I opened the box didn’t appear to be chicken — I thought it was bad calamari on first glance. Several shredded, mutated pieces of something chicken like were breaded and tossed around the biscuit. I don’t know what these chicken rings and tentacles were supposed to be, but that’s not edible.
Whatever it was, they were bone cold, dry, and crumbly. I didn’t even try to eat it.

The supposed to be manager Lisa, the only one with the name tag to mention with a staff of at least 5+ around. Horrible. Lisa needs more customer service training and at the most, anger management classes! Or at least to maintain the happy go lucky energy. She’s shown disgusting behavior. Off of her/store end as if I packaged the meal myself after I ordered. New management is needed. I am a local and I will not be returning until it is fixed.

I just left this Popeyes and the employees were so helpful but the black manager (guy)there was very rude and tried to ignore me. He was not trying to help me with my order, skipped over me and took the persons order behind me. The employee at the register then called the White manager. I think her name is Lisa. She came over and got the problem solved that black Manager needs to go back to training. I always come here cause it’s bad at my house and I will continue to, but that Manager needs a lesson. On a customer service without the customers, you have no job

They’re cutting pieces of chicken in half. I just weighed the actual meat on two different thighs purchased last night and each one only had 1 ounce of chicken on it. The thigh bone had been cut in half. Won’t be going to Popeyes anymore.

Had to get a late night meal. I ordered during the hour to close the window which I never do. However, I was impressed. Food tastes good. Young Hispanic guy working the close shift was very polite and nice. 5/5 will come again.

I stopped by this Popeyes location and was blown away by the quality and service. The chicken was hot, crispy, and perfectly seasoned—exactly what you hope for when you crave that classic Popeyes flavor. The biscuit was warm and buttery, and the Cajun fries were fresh and delicious. The staff was friendly and kept the line moving, even during a busy rush. The restaurant was clean, and my order was accurate and ready quickly. Easily one of the best Popeyes experiences I’ve had. I’ll definitely be back!
