My normal Domino’s nails it every time, perfect. decided to take my favorite, the personal pan pizza, extra cheese, extra pepparoni to family members, but chose here it was closer. Mistake….next time just dont even try. it looked like someone dumped it all in the middle and hoped for best. two of them . tell me where is the extra pepparoni ..in the black hole center ? come on guys, try harder to not server a bread wheel

I ordered a pizza tonight, and although the food was up to par, the service was questionable. The pizza was timely and at the last moment I asked for a ranch and was told the price and paid for it. My change was handed to me in the same hand as the ranch and it was allowed to hit the ground. While I looked out the window at the change that hit the ground, the person went back and closed the window and went about their business like nothing had happened after he saw the change hit the ground. That threw me for a loop and was unnecessary.

Would give zero stars if possible. Delivery always takes forever. I have ordered delivery from here and they have called me on more than one occasion to say they can’t drop off my order and I have to cancel or pick up. Orders take forever. To top it off, they NEVER pick up the phone. 0/0 management is failing this store, close down or do your job correctly.

I’ve waited over 2 hours for a pizza I ordered over the phone. When I go to try and call the store, it’s a national line. I had to call the number again to “place and order” just to talk to someone. When I told them I wanted to cancel, they transferred me to a line that just loops commercials. I will NEVER order from them again! Not sure if they will show up, not sure if I’ll get my $50 refunded, one thing I’m sure of, is that I’m ordering from somewhere else!

So I’ve tried numerous times to order pizza and have it delivered to work for everyone .Delivery never works for some reason. Its only about a mile in a half away. They will cancel your order once its made, and no you don’t get your money back right away. Takes up to three days. They should not offer delivery if it is not an option.

We ordered and waited an hour, we then started calling sat on hold for 23 minutes drove down there at this point it has raked and hour and 35 minutes to walk in and be told it’s on its way the app said being prepped, we called no answer drove down there only to be told she’s there with our pizza so as I type this we are on our way back if it’s cold I will drive back and they can remake it!!! Dominos you have epically failed!!!! How you are still in business is beyond me!!! See you soon if my food is cold!!!

The ONLY reason why I am giving them 3 stars is because when I came through the drive thru to pick up my order, I was told it had to be remade and it would take another ten minutes. Had the manager offered me a complimentary drink or something this could have been a five star rating but she just went about her business.

Domino’s Pizza used to be the BEST hands down, I would have always chosen them over pizza hut, or any other pizza joint any day of the season, but after yesterday, never again will “I EVER CHOOSE THEM”., I did an order online and the pizza tracker told me it would be no more than thirty to forty five min, I waited so long for my order I eventually got in my car and went to go get it, by the way, by this time I had already been waiting two hours, not to mention I had called and been placed on hold, and no one ever picked up the phone, when I finally got there the lady didn’t even have the common courtsey to apologize, she just threw it on the delivery driver, and said “he’s the only driver we have”, so no one else has a driver’s license ♂️, mind you there were 7 ppl in the building at that moment, worst place ever, Domino’s you’ve lost a valued customer if you look at the pictures you’ll see how unappetizing my order was, I say the only good thing about what happened yesterday was that I did get my delivery fee and the tip back ♂️

Yesterday I ordered a specialty pizza and a pepperoni pizza to be delivered. I got a cheese and spinach pizza instead of pepperoni. I did a survey to get points for free pizza. Points weren’t added. Ordered the pepperoni again today with breadsticks for my daughter. Pizza had no marinara sauce at all. Just cheese and pepperoni and my breadsticks were white not even a little browned. I do t need and points of free offers. Never trying dominos again.
