Ordered two meals and two extra sides. They didn’t give us the drinks or the fries. The burger I received was pink and cold in the middle. I was told that they are pre cooked and dyed pink. Twice in a row we’ve had issues here. I believe that this store has lost my business.

I always love Winchester Arby’s, however, I took away 1 point because the loaded baked potato I bought for a significant price did not have but very little of both cheese, not much butter and Thank goodness I bought extra bacon for $1.29 because it was scarce too. $5.99 (w/my discount) was a lot for the little that I received. Always nice service is the plus.

Went to drive thru on Tuesday Sept 9th 2025 for our food and the “girl” Hailey working drive thru was so mad or angry about something. I have worked drive thru it’s hard but if you are the ONLY face/person I’m seeing and dealing WHY TREAT CUSTOMERS SO RUDELY I wasn’t the only 1 she was so rude to the car in front of me because I could hear her and them for no reason.
