Been to this subway a good amount of times now and it’s about a 50/50 chance your food will be good, depending on the staff. My group of 3 showed up on 2/18/26 just a little after 7. Upon pulling in, we saw the parking lot completely full so we decided to wait 10 minutes before going in. We got in and there was a woman who had been there before we even went in. There were 2 workers there and it was apparent that the customer before us was getting on both of their nerves. Instead of remaining professional and not letting their emotions get the best of them, they decided to just outright start throwing things. After grabbing any condiment or topping, they would throw it back hard. They would also be throwing their pans after using the oven. Finally it was my turn to order and the red haired girl making my sub would just stare at me and not ask me any questions. After a good 10 seconds of her just staring and saying nothing I finally said what I would like. She would then slam down my bread and everything else that went on the sub. She then proceeded to do the same for the rest of my group. At this point more and more people starting showing up, making the workers more mad. The cherry on top was that the only time they were remotely friendly was at the end when they said we could leave a tip. The food itself actually wasn’t bad, maybe the hatred adds flavor. But I’d highly recommend getting rid of the red haired girl who was angry about doing her job.

Very dirty countertops, especially where she prepared the food. It was obvious she was very irritated and rushed me. I was the only person in the store as well. Sub and salad I ordered was sloppy and not put together well. Tomatoes and cucumbers were disgusting and mushy. Overall awful!! I typically do not eat Subway from the Bucyrus branch and this is the exact reason why! Would rather drive to Galion for better food and service. Bucyrus branch has been awful for years. Would give 0 stars if it was possible.

Did an online order but was having some trouble with it going through. The ladies working there were very helpful even though it was busy! The food was really good and tailored exactly as we like! Excellent customer service and this is our favorite location when we travel up to the lake!

Every time I go to subway, they never seem to put enough on the sandwich. I order with flatbread so it’s minimal bread/maximal toppings but even then it doesn’t do much. I can even tell them to add extra and it always seems like they should be called Breadway. I used to like Subway too. They weren’t always this bad.

The ladies were not very friendly and barely made eye contact. Their fountain drinks are disgusting. But subway food like always is great. Just ignore the people and drinks and you will have a good time.

I ordered online. Arrived at the store 15 min after I ordered. The staff asked if I had a pickup. I told them my name and they confirmed my order. Then I waited….Then I waited…then I waited….
After 30 mins of sitting in the dinning room patiently waiting they began to make my order. This was only after i had seen several people walk in and get their order taken, filled, and given to them without the staff even starting my order.
When one staff member was making my 2 sub order another asked if I had an order in…yes they asked me again after I had already told them who I was.
Then the staff member said it was taking so long because of “training.”
What does training have to do with my order getting skipped in line? What does training have to do with a rude staff?
I told the lady I never asked for her excuses.
The staff member (Pic below without a hat) flipped out on me. Telling me to I could just leave and that I was not getting my order. She even called the cops on me. HA Ha. She told me I was banned from the store. HA HA.
First…The subway staff took 45 min to even start my order.
Second….The staff made excuses that I never asked for.
Third…the staff members flipped out on me and refused me service for what? waiting 45 mins for my order?
Fourth…they broke health code. It has been submitted to Crawford County Health Department.
I’ll drive 15 min to a nearby subway to get my food next time. It’ll be quicker than this rude incompetent staff making excuses for the poor service that they deliver.
I just wonder how many other health code violations they are breaking…

I don’t know what happened with their bread, but the bread we ordered (Italian herbs and cheese) came out all freckled up that I’ve not experienced before in any Subway’s. I wouldn’t say the servers messed it up, I think the bread was not good overall. This was not just one bread. I had two other folks with me who also ordered the same bread for their footlong and the same thing happened with them also.

came here when I was ravishing and was met with disdain from one of the workers, with not much willingness be helpful and just seemed so unhappy to be serving me. then sitting in the dining area felt like I was sitting in a hospital waiting room because of the silence and the a/c seeming to be at 60 degrees. the sub was fantastic but my mood was dampened with everything else.
edit: the one thing they did well was they understood what extra mayonnaise means, they really did put more man on that !

Food was fair, workers were rude. 1 girl in the front taking orders and cashiering, 2 or 3 others in the back laughing and having fun. One girl came out and said looks like you got it and went back. There were 6 people in line, food area was a mess. 1st time I have been to this location in years. I will not go back.
