The food is okay at the Columbus location, but the 68-layer Lasagna looks like a flat pancake with little sauce and no flavor at all. I follow …

We made a reservation for 7 and was sat at 7:10 (busy Sunday night) then sat there for 55 minutes before food was delivered. The pasta, while tasty, was dry. Fortunately, we had ordered the garlic bread, “Ryder’s” (very good) and it came with a large side of marinara to add to the pasta.
The server had at least six tables to take care of, but his situational awareness was not the best. If your table wasn’t what he was dealing with, he didn’t look at you. He was personable though.
Time management appears to be a skill all the staff could benefit from.
Excellent eggplant parm and meatballs, though.

Our waitress was awesome! Food decent. Tomahawk way over priced in my opinion. And $100 steak with no sides is ridiculous! Lobster ravioli was okay had a strong flavor which my wife did not care for. Meatballs decent. Star of the show was the Italian wedding soup. If you go here just stick to the simple cheap dishes.

This was our first visit to this restaurant. We had an excellent experience! Our server Amanda was very kind and attentive but not so much that it was bothersome. She answered all of our questions and was very knowledgeable about the food and menu. All food is al a cart. We order bread service and the fiery cheese because it was fun to have it flaming table side! It was very delicious with lots of garlic! We had lasagna for our entree! 68 layers..wow! I took a pic of my leftovers because I forgot when it was served as I couldn’t wait to dig into it! It was quite possibly the best lasagna/pasta dish I’ve ever eaten. The pasta was cooked perfectly and not loaded with sauce and cheese! Delicious! I had the cocktail of the month which was a blackberry pomegranate smash. It was a good quality drink just not to my liking. I didn’t hate it though. For dessert we ordered the NY cheesecake. It comes with two generous slices per order! It was heavy, creamy and not as dry in texture as a traditional NY cheesecake. Very good! Overall we very much enjoyed our experience at this restaurant and will definitely be back! The restaurant is located in a casino and we won most of our money back after dinner!!!

Dined here for the first time and had a great experience! Made a reservation and got sat immediately when we got there. Our server Mahdi was great, he gave a lot of good suggestions for appetizers and our meal as we were sharing. The garlic bread was amazing and the lasagna was a great size to share.

My visit on a Friday night was underwhelming. Despite the restaurant being quiet, the service was frustratingly slow. The food portions were generous, but the quality fell short. The chicken parmesan was dry, as if precooked and plated on order, while the chicken saltimbocca was overly salty. The broccoli was mushy, oily and burnt. The tiramisu tasted like sweetened Cool Whip with little else to offer. On a positive note, the cocktails were excellent, and the staff was friendly. Unfortunately, the food and service need improvement to match the welcoming vibe.

My wife and I recently dined at Guy Fieri’s Trattoria inside the Scioto Downs Racino. This Italian restaurant is relatively new and located right inside the casino and racetrack complex.

We made reservations on OpenTable which I highly recommend. The last time we tried to have dinner here the wait was over an hour, but with these reservations we got right in.

The restaurant is nicely designed and you really could not hear the casino slot games from where we sat which was a huge plus. The staff was incredibly pleasant throughout our meal. While the food was pretty good, the drinks were both good and bad.

I started with Guy’s Santo Limoncello Margarita and it was not good. I love Limoncello and I love margaritas but this combination just did not work for me. My wife ordered a mocktail called the Wild Raspberry No-jito and she really liked it. My mother-in-law was with us and she enjoyed her sangria.

For appetizers we started with the Fieri on Fire fried cheese. This is a tableside experience where they light the cheese on fire and serve it with small pieces of toasted bread. The first time they tried to light it the dish did not catch fire, so they had to return about 10 minutes later to do it again. The second attempt worked and the cheese tasted really good. Unfortunately they do not give you enough bread to make it through the full cheese appetizer.

For the main course my wife got the Garlic Shrimp Scampi and loved it. My mother-in-law had never tried a Tomahawk steak so we shared the Tomahawk for two with garlic mashed potatoes. It was really good and we ate everything but the bone.

Overall it was a good experience with good food. However, it felt a bit overpriced for what it is and I am not sure I will rush back to eat there again.

The food had very good flavor definitely upscale food quality. However, I ordered the 68 layer lasagna and it needed a lot more sauce, too dry. I asked the server about more sauce and he said I had to order it when I ordered my meal and it would be an additional $4.50. Look at the picture and tell me if it needed more sauce! Paid $32 for it……

If we went off of the reviews we would have never went! The food was absolutely incredible, far surpassed our expectations. The service was a little rocky at the beginning but definitely recovered throughout the meal! We sat at the bar! Must get appetizer is the garlic bread! You will not be disappointed! The tomahawk steak was so tender and juicy! Couldn’t say enough good things about all the food!

I ordered the lasagna yesterday evening and apparently that was a huge mistake. This was our first time eating here and will be our last, especially for the price and the quality of the food. I ordered the lasagna. It was so dry. You couldn’t use a fork to cut it. It was not even hot. Lukewarm is pushing it and I am still sick from it. Posting the picture of mine so you can compare it with the others. Save your money and eat better food at the café.
