A couple friends and I stopped in at the Liberty Lake location. Let me tell you it was fantastic.
Tonight was burger night, which I was happy to see was at the Liberty Lake location (for some reason I thought it was only at the valley location).
We ordered at the counter and our food was delivered quick, fresh, and hot.
The restaurant was clean and we will definitely be back!

New to the area but not new to the industry. We had a little bit of everything, (see photos) and loved most items. Disappointed that a couple hours after opening they were out of items we wanted. You must get there early for the best selection. Hopefully they’ll get that worked out, as sometimes I don’t want to eat a heavy meal at 5PM. Good parking and handicap access. Hours are very limited.

Wow! I was recommended this place by a coworker, and it did not disappoint. The prices are so reasonable for how much food you get. The Polish sausage was by far the best I’ve ever tasted. The pulled pork sandwich was smoky, tender, and packed high. Mac and cheese was creamy and steaming hot. The cornbread was moist and the sweet whipped butter added the perfect touch. Everything was sooo good. I will be back again and again!

The service was fantastic and the location, though weirdly super suburbia, has nice outdoor seating. Their current beer collaboration with a coffee roaster was interesting and delicious. Sadly, our food was bland and not even drowning it in the one hot sauce provided did much to improve. For how much we paid, we walked away pretty disappointed in the quality of this BBQ.

Had the U-HI Turkey Sandwich…. Smoked Chicken Thigh, bacon jam, bbq chips, American cheese, white bbq sauce, and pickles. It was really a fantastic sandwich! Rather than chips I ordered the cheesy corn as a side. Shared with my husband and we loved it. Hubby had ribs…said they were some of the best ribs he has had in quite a while. Really tasty coleslaw. Too warm to sit outside, so ate indoors…only complaint is it is kinda noisy inside. But will be back again. Great BBQ in the Liberty Lake area.

The best bbq I’ve had In spokane area. We got 2 sampler platters and it was perfect for 4 people. The brisket, turkey, pulled pork, ribs & chicken & sausage were all fantastic. Their Carolina and sweet sauces were equally tasty. The employees were very nice and welcoming. Will definitely come back

Took some time before the two guys behind the counter helped me. The guy taking the order really didn’t know much about the menu. He just pointed at the pice of paper on the counter. Definitely bring your wallet if you want to take the family. I got some ribs, fries and coleslaw. The fries were amazing. The slaw was tasteless and the ribs were just ok. Their BBQ sauce was actually pretty good and went well with the ribs. It’s a nice and clean place. This is a satellite branch so the food is brought to this location. Not sure I’d go back for the food. The service here was just none existent.

We went for dinner tonight. The staff was not friendly. Never greeted. They were busy watching the football game on tv. After ordering $70 worth of food, it was all cold and my coleslaw tasted like it was several days old and slimy! Fries were cold and hard. Definitely not the same experience we had at the one on Dishman mica area. This was an awful experience. Never even thanked for coming in when we left. We will probably not be back.
