Don’t know why I keep going back. This is the worst Papa John’s ever. The last three times we ordered from here was a disaster. Burnt crust, wrong topping, missing ingredients. Never will I ever visit this location again.

Now I remembered why we stopped ordering from this location. We ordered for delivery at 7:00pm and after 90 minutes and a phone call, they let us know the pizza was on its way. Finally at 9:30pm the pizza was delivered, barely warm, we ordered no sausage on one of the pizzas but again there was. Not mentioning the wife is allergic to it. This was definitely a lessons learned experience. Never Again!

For the third time I ordered pizza and boneless wings and three times they got it wrong. No stuffed crust, sausage instead of beef. I never realized BONELESS wings have bones. Then at 10:00 at night the manager called asking if I paid for my food. I tell him about the wrong food and he went off at a rant on me, yelling and screaming. That manager should be fired on the spot truly unprofessional. Going to reach out to corporate and tell them also. Never again.

It was okay. We called in and waited 31 minutes for a 12-21 minute order. The pizza crust was pretty flat for an original and the overall circumference was not an extra-large as we had ordered. I feel like we paid $20 for more box than pizza.
Additionally, it wasn’t very clean. One worker had long hair that was not in a net and they were drinking from a coke can while making the dough. Even put it atop one of the machines.
The lady at the front desk was sweet and had great customer service though!

Called literally 4 times before I gave up trying to place an order. The first time, they told me to hang up and call back because they couldn’t switch the order from paying with cash to card. Weird, but ok no problem. So, second time I call back and the girl that answers the phone puts me on hold for a long time and then the call disconnected. Third time I call, an older man answers the phone and says I need to order online because the line i called (which was the same as all the other times I called) was for complaints only and I try to explain and HE HANGS UP AGAIN! Fourth time my husband calls and we get the same girl as before trying to put us on hold, we tell her no do not put us on hold and she did anyways. Will NEVER order from this place again. If this is what they call customer service then they might as well shut the place down now! Horrible

I ordered 2 orders of breadsticks with 10 cups of cheese and garlic sauce. How many did I receive?? None, notta, zip!!! How can one be so ignorant to not read the most simple of instructions. Probably the easiest order of the night and someone couldn’t use their eyes and brain…. 1st and last order here.
