Visited Uncle Henry on a busy Saturday morning, and even though there was a bit of a wait, the food was absolutely worth it. The roast pork was outstanding—crispy skin, tender meat, and incredibly flavorful. The char siu was also excellent; we ordered the fatty cut, which made it even tastier and more satisfying. Portions were generous.
I also tried the shredded roast duck with pickled vegetables with rice vermicelli soup, and it was delicious. Good portion size, rich flavor, and very comforting. Honestly, the roast duck here was even better than a lot of restaurants I’ve had in Hong Kong.
The place is clearly popular—people were dining in, ordering takeout, picking up delivery orders, and the phone never stopped ringing. The staff is hardworking and efficient despite the heavy rush.
Overall, a very solid spot for roast meats. Definitely worth a visit.

I recently moved here. Finally found an authentic Hong Kong-style roast meat place! I got to eat wonton noodles! The owner was very warm and attentive!

I usually order takeouts here. One of the better places to Chinese food in the area. They appear to provide many roasted meat/Duck options.
In summer they have options to eat on the patio. The inside dining area is adequate.
Since I live far away, I always pick up food here when I am passing by.

Uncle Henry’s is my go to Cantonese food closest to me. The quality of their seafood is chef’s kiss. It’s never fishy/muddy/sketchy tasting and supposedly they get it direct from a California supplier. Their salt and pepper shrimp or (capelin) small fish is exceptional and THAT fresh, which is very difficult in Colorado. The bbq roast meat has exceptional quality and consistency, and has never disappointed me. Despite having a smallish menu, their attention to detail and execution is excellent. It’s hard to get such an amazing Asian restaurant (especially in NW Denver). The quality and authenticity is California/big city East coast level of Cantonese food. That is why all the Asians who live in the area come here. (Pro tip: they can get pretty busy on the weekend from 5-7pm so be prepared to wait 20-30 minutes for your food. They are just a small family business so don’t have the bandwidth. They also try their very best not the compromise the quality of their food when it gets busy.)
Things to try: BBQ roast pork belly, roast duck, seafood tofu pot, salt and pepper shrimp, salt and pepper capelin (small fish), bitter melon with black bean beef, Singaporean fried noodle, beef ho fun, water spinach with garlic, preserved vegetables with vermicelli noodles…

So delicious! I got the noodle soup with the bbq pork and duck. Absolutely awesome! Authentic and simple, well made, big portions, and absolutely awesome price. Totally craveable.
The inside is pretty meh for a restaurant. They definitely care more about the food than the decor. It was clean and had plenty of seats, that’s all I really care about. I’ll definitely come back.

The roast duck is delicious. More so, the dipping sauce they give you is the best I’ve had compared to similar restaurants in Denver. The roast pork is also delicious–with a very crispy skin. And they also provide a dipping sauce which other places don’t offer. I also appreciate how friendly they are, which makes you want to come back and support their their business. I’m definitely coming back…

This is the best and most authentic Hong Kong BBQ you will find in Denver. Everything you can get here tastes amazing. They serve food quick and hot. Highly recommend if you are looking for authentic Chinese food in Denver.

A Chinese restaurant was found nearby. I bought a portion of roast duck and some roast suckling pig. The taste was very delicious and the business was booming! It’s worth recommending!

This is a walk up in a good part of town. There’s tables out front and a cool comfortable setting inside. Bear in mind they’re going to make everything from scratch and it’s going to be outstanding. The portions are enormous so you get your money’s worth and it could be your new go to take out or doordash spot.
The food quality reminds me of Chinatown in San Francisco or downtown LA it’s outstanding. And they have everything and it’s all made fresh and it comes out hot and the sauces are amazing.
It’s rare to find a restaurant in the age of shrinking portions and Rising prices that puts out this kind of product for this kind of money.
I recommend the pork ribs served with the sauce and a side of rice. It’s a generous portion to be sure and could be split with two people.
My wife had the combination rice which is better than the PF Chang’s variety and a whole lot less money in about twice the portion size we wound up bringing an entire meal home and we spent $20 a person.
This is a Hidden Gem Mom and Pop and should not be missed.

Cute place. We got the double rice plate with duck and roast pork. It was ok. Veggies could use some flavor. Not bad at all but not the best. I’ve been spoiled by Chinatown in Thailand.
