The food was fantastic. A nice atmosphere in the casino. It is a short walk to the Awakening Theater which is visible from Charlie’s. The five of us were seated quickly and served quickly. We arrived at Charlie’s an hour and a half before the first Awakening show.

Service was good, atmosphere was great with the giant screens showing different games, food presentation and choices were great, but the food tasted like it was made by upset kitchen staff : fried food was too oily, the mixed bbq set tasted like some of its parts were leftover and reheated, the meat on the tacos were dry and chewy. We tried this place 3 times during our stay, probably not go here again for food.

Staying in the Wynn Towers, the sports book is always a highlight, and Charlie’s Sports Bar sits right next to it with perfect sight to the massive video screens. The staff is genuinely fantastic, attentive, friendly, and professional.

Unfortunately, the food doesn’t live up to what I would be expecting at the Wynn. It feels like the kitchen is deliberately dialing back what should be a solid winner, perhaps to avoid competing with the hotel’s other incredible restaurants. Not expecting gourmet meal, but the execution and quality of ingredients need improvement.

As example I ordered the reuban and the pastrami was tough, greasy (was it warmed up by deep frying it), too thickly cut when should have been thinly sliced tinder corn beef that melts in your mouth on toasted rye bread. The krinkle french fries (frozen) deep fried had a processed oily taste when they should be been fresh-cut potatos fried in beef tallow.

I couldn’t eat the reuban and a cheeseburger with basic toppings (lettuce, tomato, pickle, onion), it wasn’t even an option—the menu pushes more complicated versions where I had to pick one and dial it back to a basic cheeseburger, then to find the lettuce was julienned or shredded through a machine.

They also don’t open until noon, which is frustrating when you’re in the sports book early and want lunch. They redirect you to other breakfast spots, probably to protect those venues’ breakfast business. I’d love to see them open by 11 AM at least.

To end on a positive note, I’m sure there’s something on the menu that hits the mark but I didn’t find it this visit. The service and location are so strong that I’ll definitely give it another shot, but the food really needs to step up to match everything else the Wynn delivers.

Stumbled across Charlie’s before heading to see Awakening. Food was affordable (for Vegas) and delicious. Had the mango drop beer and it was tasty.

I rarely leave ratings for sports bars, but I felt compelled to share my full experience with this one. The food quality is undeniably impressive for a sports bar, but the prices are unusually high. Six wings for $26 is difficult to justify, especially given the location and what is typically expected from a casual sports bar.

The service was extremely poor from the very beginning. The wings arrived with minimal sauce, and when I requested more, it took three separate requests and nearly 25 minutes before any extra sauce was brought out. During that long wait, the staff seemed inattentive and unconcerned, which made the experience frustrating rather than enjoyable.

What makes the situation even more concerning is the tipping culture here. There is an automatic tipping prompt that seems to encourage excessively high gratuities, even though the service falls far below an acceptable standard. It feels like customers are being pressured to leave large tips despite receiving slow, inattentive service, which leaves a sour final impression.

Proceed with caution if you decide to visit. The food may be good, but the combination of high prices, poor service, and aggressive tipping prompts makes it hard to recommend this sports bar with confidence.

P.S. To the management or your social media team, please refrain from responding to this review. We don’t seek your opinion; instead, we kindly request that you enhance your service and implement the necessary changes. We will monitor the situation during our next visit.

Last night in Vegas and my wife wanted something casual. We decided to try Charlie’s Sports Bar. It was a great decision! Our entire experience here was amazing; from the food to our waiter (Coop) everything exceeded expectations. To top it off, first meal the entire trip the bill was less than $100. Highly recommend and Coop was a rock star!

It was good not great. A lot cheaper than the other places at the Wynn. Loved watching some games there. Glad we were staying at the hotel because the wait was usually about 45 minutes even at 4PM on a Friday and Sunday. Good place though. Will definitely eat there again when I go back to the Wynn.

Venus was absolutely amazing ❤️ Truly one of the sweetest people we’ve ever met. Her level of service was next level so attentive, kind, and thoughtful in every little detail. She made us feel completely welcomed and taken care of from start to finish. You can tell she genuinely loves what she does, and it shows in the way she treats everyone. Venus turned a good experience into an unforgettable one. We’ll be back just because of her!

I really like this dining option in the hotel since the food is decent but it’s nice and casual where you can follow the sport on the many screens and relax with friends. The major problem is the service though, which while friendly is just ridiculously slow. Drinks take an unacceptable amount of time to arrive to the point of putting you off ordering more, and on occasions getting the attention of the waiter wasn’t easy either.

The menu has a good range of options and the prices reasonable for the location. The burger was a good size and really tasty, with the crinkle fries being super delicious!

Overall a decent spot if you can put up with the excessive wait times for drinks.
