The service is what makes this dunkin location bad. I myself love dunkin donuts but the service at this location was just horrible. Staff doesn’t really seem to care about the quality of service they offer. Started out at the drive through, I noticed they entered my order incorrectly. I ordered two drinks made exactly the same, no problem just let them know it didn’t look right on the screen, they seemed annoyed I mentioned it. Got to the window and the girl sitting there seemed more interested in her phone than anything else. Got my drink and noticed it had the wrong ingredients on the label on the drink I said this isn’t what I ordered. They said it was good, that they changed it and it was correct. I probably should have tested it right that second but I pulled out and parked in front of the store, and yep the drink was wrong. Had to go back in took 20 minutes to remake one drink. Just lazy and don’t really care about customer service.

We came to this Dunkin Donuts about 7pm. There were only a couple of people there. We ordered a Bacon Egg & Cheese Sandwich and some coffee, donuts and Munchkins donut holes. There were plenty of tables and chairs to sit and enjoy our snack. The people working tonight were friendly.

What a horrible experience this morning trying to start our day with some coffee and some donuts or bagels I had to go back in for napkins first then I had to go back in for some creamers and some sugar because she forgot to give me that then we opened the bagels were hardly toasted And One was wrong. We got back to the drive-through window and asked for the right doughnut and they look at you like a ghost coming out of space or something . Like just give me my order the way I did order it you took my money as fast but just get it done right wasted almost 45 minutes just to get some coffee and breakfast. Staff definitely rude no customer service whatsoever besides there were other people there sitting in complaining I wonder why now

Hard to order here if you only speak English. Rude black girl at counter was so slow. When we paid the balance was not right. Of course she got out breakfast but for the donuts. Geeeez aweful staff 20 minute wait on a 6 dollar meal. Disgrace to Dunkin’. Shut it down

Pretty regular customer here.. never wanted to complain bc maybe she just had a bad day but it seems like everyday is one for her. but there’s someone with tattoos and brown hair and glasses always working mornings. She was all sweet and polite to my husband ordering but when i went up to ask about my drink order she was extremely agitated just for asking a question…

Asked for extra crispy, and the lady taking my order told the cook extra crispy and I still got half cooked half browns. So if you want them cooked I hope you have an air fryer at home.

It’s just a bunch of lazy teens that work there that can’t even take 2 seconds to grab a box or parchment paper to put the doughnuts in. I got 4 doughnuts, 2 regular glazed, and 2 Boston Creme. All 4 were thrown on top of each other. If I wanted chocolate glazed, I would’ve asked for it to be chocolate glazed.
