All the staff here were super friendly and attentive.
Trey is the best. Smiles friendly cared,,,,
We came with a group of 10 people, and everything was handled perfectly.
All the food we ordered was 10/10!
Normally she picks the full menu, but if I see something I have to try, I add it to the stack. Everything about this spot was fire, perfectly prepared ( according to her, I had no idea, but it tasted legendary ). The service was fast too, even though they didn’t have many tables. When I finally make it to Asia I’m eating all the things, the bugs on sticks, the partially fertilized eggs, all of it. I know I’ll get sick. That’s part of making the memory.

Tasteful interior, great spot, probably my new favorite
Edit: Came back and tried the papaya salad and bun bo hue. The papaya was cut into uniform and thin slivers for the perfect texture and the thin slices of pork belly and lightly cooked shrimp added the perfect amount of heartiness and ever so slight richess. The peanuts were very coarse and the chili sauce was just the right amount of sweet, sour and spicy.
The bun bu hue wasn’t too spicy with a nice funkiness and had a generous portion of meats and noodles.
I also tried the pho and the spring rolls — both were fresh, flavorful, and just as impressive. We’re already looking forward to coming back and trying more of the menu.
The staff is friendly and attentive, the ambience is great, and parking is easy. Definitely recommend!
We ordered the house vermicelli with lemongrass chicken, and it was the standout. The chicken was tender with a balanced char and bright lemongrass flavor. The bowl was fresh, well-composed, and not overly heavy. Good texture contrast with the herbs and noodles.
The Hoi An chicken was flavorful and comforting. The seasoning was subtle but well layered, and the chicken was cooked properly without drying out. It leaned more delicate than bold, which worked.
Service from Jillian was attentive and professional. She checked in at the right times and kept everything moving smoothly without being intrusive.
Overall, the food felt thoughtful and consistent. Not flashy — just well done. I’d order both again.
The stone bowl pho is deeply authentic. That massive beef rib is tender. The broth stays hot while you’re busy with the boys. It’s nourishing.
Andrew made the difference. He was attentive and kind. Good service is rare when you have a full table, but he nailed it. A genuine, peaceful meal.
Why it Hits the Mark
The Atmosphere: Clean and calm. It provides a rare moment of stillness for a busy parent.
The Food: The stone bowl keeps the temperature perfect. No rushing through a lukewarm meal.
The Service: Andrew’s hospitality takes the mental load off. You can actually focus on the food.
