I wish I could have given this establishment a zero due to the fact I made 2 orders for pick up and haven’t received anything. The restaurant took the money and then cancelled my order both times. The employees acted oblivious to the fact that I even had an order. I eventually received an email stating my orders had been cancelled. The email stated that I could contact the restaurant if I hadn’t cancelled my order for more details. I called the restaurant and spoke with the manager Gabby and she stated the reason why my order was cancelled was because they don’t accept the promotion at that location which was a lie because someone got the same promotion. (We ordered at the same time) I feel as though they could at least call the customers to inform them of the cancellation instead of cancelling an order without contacting the customer and the fact that she lied really made write this review. Also I asked to speak with the owner or a district manager to resolve this issue because I still haven’t received any food or any of my money back but Gabby stated they don’t have a district manager and she can’t contact the owner so if their is an emergency I guess the owner doesn’t care enough to leave contact information. I’m writing this review in hopes that the owner can contact me to resolve this issue quickly. I am attaching the confirmation and cancellation emails as well as a receipt from the other person’s online order with the same code. I would love to know why would we be allowed to use the code if it wasn’t valid for that restaurant or meal? I need answers ASAP! To whoever reading this review don’t waste your time at this place there is another Subway that will accommodate all your needs in Breaux Bridge. The address is 156 Hwy 94 W, Breaux Bridge, La 70518. Placed and order online and subway cancelled it claiming the owner doesn’t accept that promotion which is bullcrap. I’m still waiting on my refund, subway needs to handled this. It’s not the first time they done this

For some odd reason they block you from seeing the meats? Makes you think something isnt right. Very annoying. You’re better off buying a soda from the walmart. Their Soda machine is awful

Line and lobby is very clean (which you don’t come across often at other subways) , awesome staff and most importantly, GOOD FOOD!

Wouldn’t really want to rate…went in at about 1:30 not busy one customer, young man waited on this young lady, customer on phone and had total specifics on whole order, two sandwiches…he was slow as all get out, no cares whatsoever about the other customers..guess had an interest. Another worker come out doing another job and took over, she did great! This little dweeb could care less about even cashing you out. Think maybe should have more customer service and some one actually like to do their job. Big turn over at this location…used to have a really nice hard working black woman there..liked her. Place has changed…hope that woman found a better job. 02/20/17..got my sandwich by 1:58 by other lady making it.

This is my top two subway locations. Both because of the freshness of the ingredients everytime and the proportion sizes always being very fair. The workers here always do a great job, very professional and nice. I wish more subway locations were like this.

Gentlemen working late night on 8/7 with the glasses is 10/10! Quality sandwich, and he made it for me ONE MINUTE before they closed. Guy really shows that he cares!
