I typically place mobile orders for pick up in the drive through, and it’s always been smooth sailing for me. Of course, like any McDonald’s, it gets busy, and they can be understaffed at times. However, I’ve never had bad service, and the drive thru is always convenient for me. The only times I’ve ever encountered errors in my order was during those morning or lunch rushes, but I’m pretty easy going, and I understand when things happen.

This one’s generally fine. Typical McDonald’s. The drive-thru isn’t the fastest, but it moves. Food came out right, fries were hot, and the Diet Coke was actually mixed right—which is more than I can say for a lot of these places.
Inside looked like it hadn’t been deep-cleaned in a while, but nothing gross. Staff seemed a little zoned out, but not rude. They handed me the bag and didn’t screw it up. Good enough.
Not worth going out of your way for, but if you’re nearby and hungry, it’ll do the trick.

This place is unqualified. I had 2 very bad experiences with the workers and food. I should not be waiting 20 minutes JUST for an order to be placed. The workers are rude. Unqualified and absolutely disgusting. I do not recommend

Found sharp metal strip in my fries. Tried calling out of concern others would be affected and they didn’t answer their phone. Returned with object twice as advised to speak to manager, then asked to come again. Very poor quality control and action to rectify.

Horrible McDonald’s. I pulled into drive through 20 minutes before closing which I get is cutting it a bit close but was told they can’t accept any more orders although “their dining room was open”. Would never recommend or visit again. Thank you for nothing.

Food was cold, the drive thur no one was answering girl was on her phone with gloves next to food. Had to replace sandwich and it worst then the 1st one all young people at restaurant food all on the floor. Seem like it was really one person working and she was doing it by herself the one with colorful shoes was outside hanging around his car look sleepy. What I don’t understand why work at a site if you don’t like your job DO BETTER. We gotta do better in general you in the food industry and regardless how customers treat you YOU gotta do what is right cause it is the job (UNTIL YOU DO BETTER) you chose.

Was waiting for someone to come take my order. This lady appeared and said to wait that someone will come and take my order. This man came over and did not take my order he just decided to pass by, now this other lady was there on her phone instead of taking the order. Then all 3 decided to have a mini meeting there instead of taking my order while they were just staring at me. Do not waste your time here. Plus if they are there touching their phones in our presence then who knows about the food. Flies were also everywhere there. Just decided to leave that place.

I was at the location on 124th and North at 830 and both of your drive thru workers were extremely rude wanted a receipt for oder ne er got and she refused to even open the windows again for me to ask a.d when took payment hand to hand it to her thru a very small crack that she opened it. i’ve been going here for three years without a problem. The moment I started using my McDonald’s app all of a sudden the guy that takes my order has become very rude and obnoxious. He doesn’t ask about using a code, but if I inform him that I’m using one he takes a long, deep sigh, very loud through the microphone to make sure I hear it and it makes me feel very uncomfortable. This is horrible service. I have done absolutely nothing to any of the workers or this restaurant except support it. It’s sad that after three years, I have to find a new place to go
