Every time I come here, the staff is always rude and act like they don’t want to work. I just dont understand why the staff treats everyone so horribly. DO NOT COME HERE. The food is also old and barley edible. They just really need to do better!!

Usual good Dairy Queen ice cream, conveniently located in Arcola, just off the Interstate. There is drive thru, dine-in and online ordering. Good chilli-dogs and chicken tenders. Plenty of parking. A good choice for when you are traveling on the road and close to a gas station, so you can take care of everything before getting back on your trip.

I have yet to have a good experience with this location. They have always been rude and they can never understand what you’re saying. Ordered a 4 piece meal with a drink through the drive thru. When I got my food, they said I didn’t order a drink and if I wanted one they’d have to charge me for it. Does the drink not already come with the meal? When I asked for a receipt, they said they couldn’t give me one. Food wasn’t very good either. I hope I can avoid going back to this location.

We had just gone through the drive through – ordered two bbq chicken baskets and a backyard burger (no bacon). We get home (about 15 miles away) and realize that our bbq chicken strips were plain and the onion rings on the burger were like rubber. Very disappointed. Normally we have a good experience. This was not.

Best fish sandwich I’ve ever eaten, crunchy like I like it, their chicken salad they tear the chicken in pieces and it makes the salad so much better. Only place I eat fish sandwiches and the employees very friendly, always say hi and even make my dog feel special, thank you.
