My experience here was extremely disappointing. After being seated, my party and I waited over ten minutes without being greeted, offered water, or even acknowledged by a server. The waiter assigned to our section walked past our table multiple times without saying a word.
I eventually had to ask the host where our server was. She went to the back to check, and I overheard staff in the kitchen saying, “He’s around here somewhere.” Shortly after, the same waiter returned from outside, walked by us again, and then stated that it “wasn’t his table” and that he wasn’t waiting on us — before walking away.
At that point, we chose to leave.
It wasn’t busy, so there was no clear reason for the lack of service. There was two other tables there.
There was no apology, no effort to correct the situation, and no sense of professionalism. Being ignored and dismissed like that is unacceptable. I hope management takes a serious look at how guests are being treated.

The hotel’s location is fantastic, and the aesthetic is pleasing. However, the breakfast experience was disappointing. My avocado toast lacked flavor, and the toasted bread was cold. The extra chicken sausages were over-fried and cold as well yet I asked for new order and the added oil to the same ones I sent back. Moreover, cleanliness seemed lacking, with crumbs visible in the booths. Extremely tasteless experience. The restaurant management needs to address these issues promptly.

The food was delicious we had Brisket Sliders and the salmon dinner our first night. The second night we had Pepperoni Flatbread and the Roasted Chicken delivered to the rooftop pool. Service was excellent, friendly staff and we loved the food. For breakfast we chose the Huevos Rancheros and Oatmeal both were so good. We will definitely recommend this hotel to our friends!!

I was pleasantly surprised by Valencia’s. The service was good, and the Tacos were delicious. Sure the prices may be a bit higher than expected but the portion size was fairly generous. If you’re staying at the Viv don’t feel like you need to go somewhere else to eat cause this place is convenient and great!

I came here for the BBQ chicken flat bread. Not on the menu! No apologies, no nothing.
Sliders were not a good substitute. French fries were cold and soft. And it went downhill from there.
I had to chase down my server to pay for a meal I didn’t want and didn’t enjoy.

The service is not very good. They always seem understaffed, and it takes a long time just to place a to-go order. We waited while the waiters were standing in the back talking to the chef. They looked over at us but didn’t bother to come by or ask if we needed anything.

Pretty solid spot! The food was decent, and the atmosphere had a nice vibe—comfortable and inviting. It’s a convenient choice if you’re staying at The Viv, and the menu offers a good variety. Service was fine overall, and while not everything blew me away, it was definitely an enjoyable experience. Would come back for a casual meal or drinks.
