Picked up takeout food here. Passing through town had a taste for Chinese. I ordered the Szechuan style, tofu and veggies and comes with steamed rice. Came to $14.25. Staff was nice enough not overly friendly, nor talkative. Not that they need to be.. just a note they are located in the parking lot at the front of the rainbow motel but you can see the sign clearly on their building

Overall the experience was ok. The food was not great but edible. The restaurant itself has potential but needs a good deep clean from ceiling to floor, lots of dust and I’m sure that the bottles on the tables have not been touched in sometime, very grimey. Would we go back? Its not a hard no but a maybe.

Stopped by this establishment thinking it was a buffet. They only have buffet hours, not all the time. Me and my girlfriend stayed anyways. Ordered crab ragoons, they were WONDERFUL. We each ordered one of their dinner combos. It came pretty quickly, however upon inspection I found a hair. Which is not mine as I have short short hair. I am not one to be overly upset about an honest mistake. Before I chopped my hair, I too had loose hairs in my food every once in a while. I informed the gentleman, he apologized and got me a fresh meal. It was wonderful. Everything tasted fresh and had so much flavor. We ordered a to go meal for my other partner and have officially made this one of our date spots. They prices were great, the staff were very nice, the food was wonderful.

We have previously had good experiences at the China Inn, but today my parents came to town and I took them. My mother wanted the Mongolian Beef and wanted it very spicy. When we received it, my mother tried one piece and it was extremely sweet and there was absolutely no spice. My father, my 7-year-old brother and I all tried it and we agreed. We asked the lady why it was sweet and she informed us that’s the recipe and it’s been made like that for years. We calmly agreed and asked her if she could take it back because it’s not what we wanted. She said okay but said we must still pay. I calmly asked her why we had to pay full price because only 4 pieces were eaten. She angrily takes the plate from our table and tells us “Fine and don’t come back!” If she told me that, paying full price was their policy, I would’ve agreed and paid, however, to my genuine curiosity I was, in return, given extreme aggression and was told to never come back again. Extremely dissatisfied.

It is a hidden gem. Looking at the menu it is typical American Chinese cuisine which can be pretty boring to eat. But this one is surprisingly American and yummy. I am content to not get bombarded with MSG and walking out with a light and happy belly.

Decent fun traditional American Chinese restaurant. Good place for large family reunions. Traditional American Chinese food that reminds one of one’s youth back in the 1950’s with neon pink sweet & sour sauce and plenty of yummy stir fried chicken & soft chow main noodles. *IF YOU EAT THERE CHECK YOUR BILL * Food was good, service seemed to be good until I got my bill, numbers didn’t add up so I asked for an itemized bill which I got a simple papel with her writing showing some prices which also didn’t add up to the total sum, I did asked the lady and she said her menu is not updated with her current prices, very disappointed because no where on the building shows that she has increased her prices and even with what she mentioned the total it wasn’t adding up, we were just passing through the town. I wasn’t to argue so I let them keep what they were asking but I will never go back. Plus I never got a receipt.

I ordered Schezan Beef which is spicy. The it arrived, I took one bite and it was not spicy, I stirred it around looking for the peppers and did not find any. Its temperature was just warm and had no flavor. I informed the server/owner and asked if the dish was supposed to be spicy, she said yes and that she go and get some chili sauce to put in my dish. I said no, I do not want chili sauce. I have had this dish at several different restaurants (which has not always been good tasting) and it is always spicy. Finally another server came to the table and I asked if I wanted something else, I said no and I did not eat.
