Managerial overhaul. The workers aren’t given enough time to properly prep their stations out with sandwich ingredients before this shipyards lunch hour starts. When you show up to order lunch, it takes a long time and they have to stop to prep things that aren’t ready, the line gets long, so what do people-oriented instead? Order ahead online. Unfortunately, when you do this, 50% of the time you will return to your shop with a bag full of sandwiches for your crew that are all unmarked because they aren’t trained to do that. After you open them all to figure out which sandwich is which, everyone digs into theirs only to find its been made wrong, isn’t toasted, and ingredients are missing from their order. They should rename this Subway Catch 22. In summation, if you have the time, order in person and you will eventually receive a well made, tasty sando. If you have to order your lunch online that day, I would suggest eating elsewhere. Dear Subway, please reach out to this franchisee and tell them to allow their workers to come in an hour early.

My brother and his girlfriend went to go get food today. They ordered there food and got bottled drinks. My brothers girlfriend got an apple juice and she is currently throwing up. The bottom of the bottle had brown stuff at the bottom don’t know the proper word for it but I wouldn’t not recommend coming here.

Thanks for half the ham I’ve ever gotten on a subway sandwich and those FOUR whole leaves of spinach! Didn’t realize there was a run on spinach! And I got two tiny slices of tomato on a footlong. That seems kind of…extreme.
The tables and floor were a mess. The bar was a mess. The kid making the sandwiches thinks he gets paid by how many times he sticks his finger in your sandwich.
It was really gross. This will be the last time we will come here.

I went in today to order because the online service was unavailable to me for some reason. When I came in I waiting for a few minutes, I didn’t see a note on the glass anywhere. In fact found a sticky note on a bell that was tucked between the bread and glass case, i only found that after i waited a few minutes then called. The women on the phone was so rude and told me to look at the note on the bell then hung up on me before I could even apologize. I would have apologized for missing the bell if she hadn’t been so blatantly rude.

They used to be so good, but really going downhill. Biggest issue — app orders and inventory. If they don’t have ingredients, they make sandwich without the missing item (and of course charge the full price) but don’t tell you what they did when you pick it up.
When you pay for a premium sandwich and the premium ingredient is not on the sandwich, there’s a problem. First time, I contacted the company. I declined coupons for freebies that was offered; I asked only that I get what I paid for in future and was assured they would resolve this. The next order was about a month later and SAME THING HAPPENED.
They are close to where I work and really like the sandwichs when made correctly, but I’m through with them.

the staff at subway were fantastic, they made my sandwich exceptionally. an employee recommended me the chicken bacon ranch which was an explosion of flavor that I had never tasted before and was a hoot and a half to talk to. I will use this subway’s service’s again.

Just back from this Subway & wondering now that I see (Military) written after their name, does it assume they can screw the Military ?
Got a chicken breast after asking for a turkey breast also it was an actual breast piece about 3/8″ thick rather than sliced in the thinner pieces . It was so bland and dry !.. how about giving me what I ask for & if yoiu don’t have it let me know ! Anyway they wraped it up & I grabbed it & took off before looking. I’m usually happy with

Whoever packaged my sandwich wrote “Have a great day!” on the wrapper and put a smiley face on it and it genuinely made my day feel brighter. 10/10
