I pulled up to get my pickup order and all of the employees were standing outside smoking cigarettes. I just moved here, and honestly that really grossed me out. What concerns me most is that they immediately went back inside to handle orders, and I seriously doubt they washed their hands before touching my food. That’s a major health and sanitation issue, and it made me extremely uncomfortable picking up my order. Because of this experience, I won’t be going back.

Ordered via mobile app. Husband arrived 20 min later and clerk had not printed out order or finished order. No one in restaurant. Clear had a written order with specific instructions. Gave us wrong bread. We ordered wheat bread. Did NOT give him double meat I paid for and was flippant about it when my Husband asked about it! Terrible!

Maddie was super helpful, previous shift did not have our mobile order sandwich. She very quickly helped us make a new sandwhich while restocking all the ingredients that needed to be replaced.

This place it’s going down hill.
It’s the second time we order through the app. Once we do they call because they don’t have a certain item and basically you have to cancel everything. The problem here is that the app doesn’t have a cancel option. So you have to come in person to get a reimbursement. They are rude, confused, and their best and only response is, “there is nothing we can do”

We like to come here after the gym down the street, and even if they’re busy, the service and attention to detail is fantastic. It’s always clean. There’s a shorter, dark hair lady and she is an absolute sweetheart. I’ve watched her train new employees while running the line and register and keep her cool with her employees while staying engaged with customers. I’d say we visit a handful of times a month, and our sandwiches are made well and consistent. I see a lot of negative reviews here; if you’re not satisfied I would suggest raising it while they’re making the sandwich (c’mon, it’s made in front of you before you even pay) or before leaving and they’ll fix it.

Made an order on a 3rd party app & waited and hour and half on my order just for them to cancel it while I had no ride & a screaming toddler hungry at home waiting for food. I had two drivers that I tipped a very fair amount for the distance they were going & even messaged them personally to let them know I had an extra cash tip if they could figure out what was taking so long and both didn’t know why but even after all that I order from the one in Walmart and got my order in TWENTY MINUTES !!!! Arrived an hour before closing to find that the door was locked (despite the numerous lit open signs and the verified business hours online reflecting that it was supposed to be open). That wasn’t really a big deal, although it was rather odd. The employees inside however, remained unenthusiastically motionless as I asked them whether they were actually closed or not. The employee in the photo was literally a meter and a half from the door. He knew my question, and was visibly annoyed by my interruption of his ….standing. For the whole of a minute (It’s all I could muster the patience to stand there for) he stood silently glaring at me as I sought the answer to a simple yes or no question. An establishment is only as good as its employees, and the individuals working here aren’t even bare-minimum polite. Who knows what that means for the food they put out for the poor average unsuspecting consumer that simply wants to have a meal. If they can’t muster the energy to be decent- or even to just answer a simple question- who’s to say that they had enough energy to actually prepare the food properly? I’m honestly a little relieved that I was shunned from the hills have sandwiches establishment. Who wants a hateful bunch like that preparing their food? Not I.

Wrong order all the way around was given to us then the little girl that answered the phone. The manager was rude and had an attitude with her response. Try to say that we picked up the wrong order when they handed the wrong order so Athens, Texas Subway sucks.
