Ham steak was very thin (maybe 1/8″) so not what is “normal”.
The walley special came with a good salad. Ordered deep fried. It had a mushy raw batter inside. Took a while to get the waitress’ attention. I asked to fix it, pan fried this time. She said she’d get the manager. No need, just fix it. Then had to ask if it was getting done. When it came out it was fish only! My two sides were long past cold!
It wasn’t handled right at all.
And to be honest, I have never seen walleye as thin as it was. Looked more like a bluegill type filet.

This was a great fundraising event and a Beautiful dedication to my Father-in-law RJ Doyle! Every yr the 4 Doyle brothers donate a Rifle in honor of their Father and this yrs recipient was Dan Gettings. My husband, Kevin Doyle gave a very nice dedication speech. We had a great time and look forward to next yr!
