Got chipotle for the first time in a while because it was ordered as a work lunch. This was absolutely awful. I ordered a salad and it was completely SOAKED in bean juice and the two lettuce leaves in the “salad” were soaked and wilted and it was so salty it was inedible. I didn’t visit chipotle often in the past and after this experience I will not be back. Super disappointed.

I never leave reviews but this was the best bowl I’ve had from a Chipotle in a while. I ordered ToGo and whoever made my food actually gave me extra of what I requested. 10/10. Was I super hungry and it just tasted amazing? Maybe. But definitely was not disappointed.

This is by far the best Chipotle location in the northeast Cincinnati area. The former manager John kept this place in tip-top shape, hopefully whoever takes over can continue that trend. The staff is super polite and serving sizes are always at least acceptable, sometimes even generous.
The Kenwood location is always a disgusting mess with horrible service, while the Hyde Park location is almost nearly as bad. My only critique is the lack of parking.

This location gets busy, and the staff at the time of my most recent visit didn’t seem to care that the line was nearly out the door. I feel sorry for the single guy who was taking orders by himself, seems like they need to hire more people, or better people.
Aside from this fact, the food was good and made to order properly. I was helped by employees who were helpful and apologetic about the wait time.

Just spent 2 hours waiting in line just to get my food cold and the portions were not even the size of a normal bowl and I ordered extra everything. Worst management I’ve ever witnessed I could have ran it better without knowing how it works . They need replaced .

I usually like this location but today the grill master blew his nose and just grabbed gloves after. The other worker distracted the cashier from putting the chips I ordered in my bag to rush the next order before I was even done. And then it ended up being some kind of stick in the rice…. Had an attitude that I asked for a refund. Never again!

It was the best of times, it was the worst of times…. went to this newer location for the first time on a Friday evening (8 pm) and the place looked clean with a short line and pleasant staff. As they made a bowl and tacos I could tell the portion sizes were huge (making for very messy eating of tacos). However, they were already out of 2 main toppings, guac and grilled pepper and onion which, for me, makes the dish. So there just wasn’t the flavor I expected and paid for. Likely a manager issue when there isn’t enough stock. Guess I will return to the Norwood location.

I ordered To-Go and they hooked us up. These are some of the best bowls I’ve ever gotten at any Chipotle. Sometimes the ratios and quantity are off but I’ll come back to this location over others after this.
