I didn’t really want to leave this review because I love to support small businesses, but I need to make the exception here. This was my 2nd visit today & I’ll start by saying, The wait time for a basic taco plate – 45 mins -is ridiculous. Either hire more staff, shorten the menu or something.
But to wait 45 mins and receive a RAW burger is beyond excusable. The burger was severely undercooked & It was well hidden under the pile of onions, so it wasn’t found until later. So half of it was consumed. Unfortunately, This place has been given chance after chance to impress me and improve, since my wife likes their birria tacos. But today they failed to due so. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED
For what it’s worth, I was offered a refund and received it. But I must add that it wasn’t a pleasant experience. Being that this place has been called out for possible contamination issues, I’d be alert for food safety. I will attach photos below.

Wife and I headed to a new taco stand we saw while driving around and it did not disappoint.
We ordered a mix of chicken and steak tacos and they were amazing! Flavorful and tasty made for a great meal. We also enjoyed a Mexican coke.
There are a few tables at the food truck as well as a hand cleaning station and some shade which is also nice.
We shall return!

Best tacos in Royse City hands down!
If you’re looking for an authentic taco spot, this is it! The tacos are amazing and the birria burrito will have you wanting more! Don’t even get me started on the green salsa.
I will always drive out of my way to eat here!

I visited their new location in Plano and the tacos alone were good! No complaints. However, after trying them the first time, their green salsa was spoiled and they are very inconsistent with the amount of potatoes they give you in each plate, which is not the main concern. After my second visit the experience was horrible, placed an order ahead of time, when I arrived at the location, they weren’t even aware that I had called in to place an order. Apparently, their other location in Royce City picked up the phone, since they don’t have a number yet for the Plano location and they did not relay the information. Once I arrived, I still had to wait for my tacos. Once my order was ready, I left and realized that I had 4 missing tacos and also realized that their prices were not consistent with the prices they had on their social media and unless you ask for receipt, they don’t give you one. If you are visiting this location, ask about their prices first because not all of their meats are the same price but they make it seem like they are and for the upcharge, it’s not worth it because the tacos are small. Anyway, once I let them know about the issue and went back and forth with them, I had to drive back to get my money for the missing tacos, they didn’t seem very happy about making it right for me. This goes to show that businesses wag their tail when it comes to taking your money but they don’t take full accountability when they get it wrong and they have to give you money back! The point of the matter here, isn’t what went wrong or the bad experience but more so the lack of initiative that you take to make it right for your customers when you get it wrong.

I would like to point out that the avocado was too poor quality to serve. The birria ramen was a bit greasy, would have love more broth.
The lemonade- however it may be stored, it’s giving the agua a bad plastic after taste or perhaps the water being utilized isn’t filtered?
Nonetheless, i hope they take my feedback kindly and i will return for the fajita tacos.

The birria tacos are good, but they didnt serve it with conseme. The elotes are also really good. The pricing overall is also GREAT!
However, the al-pastor tacos were unflavored and the bistec tacos were super salty :(((
The agua de jamaica tasted also bad too :(((
Also, not sure if I was unlucky, but they took 40min to get me 10 tacos :((( I did go on a busy day, so maybe they were rushing through but wouldnt come back.
