2/20/26 11:00am Our host WILL the only professional in the building sent down a complimentary lunch. While we waited for him we ordered. We signed the food voucher. While eating here’s comes LINDA biting her nails and rudely says you owe $4. Like how are we supposed to know what we owe if we were given a voucher to sign and that was it? NO receipt was given either. So, I give her my card to take care of it. She comes back with those same hands she had in her mouth with a pen to sign receipt. I signed it and didn’t finish my meal, I was disgusted by LINDA, the burnt chips and bread! This isn’t the 1st time dealing with LINDA she has been rude a few times before not sure if its a color thing or not but today she was beating her normal rudeness and over the top!! Whats with this Harrahs?? Is NO one above noticing anything? You have bad reviews in every single department from 100s of people! Your response is a basic thanks for your feedback but everything is still conducting in the same manner! This behavior has to be allowed from the higher teirs! It is by far the worst Cesars around the globe! You would think with it being so small it would have better service. This will be our last visit!

I guess if you’re really hungry, and don’t want to leave Harrah’s, it’s OK, but understand that everything is cooked from frozen, so it’s nothing out of the ordinary.

Sisters trip and we got the chicken tenders and fries which were very hot and good. We went back the next morning and did get a breakfast sandwich and a starbucks coffee. Boy… the sandwich was so good and very filling. Service was the best….nicest ladies ever!!!

They got rid of their best seller during the pandemic. Those chicken wings were the best. They decided to introduce the chicken which are beyond breaded and horrendous. Their food used to taste better. I would not order from here even if I were starving. Do yourself a favour and go to Mc Donalds

Most disappointed I’ve been by far at a harrah’s property and honestly at a restaurant in general. Counter staff seemed totally confused by her job. Wasn’t given a receipt or the food buzzer that everyone else was given. Stood at the counter for several minutes while 2 employees actively avoided me. When she did come over I asked for the buzzer and she asked if I ordered. I had just spoken with her 5 minutes prior. She told me the food wasn’t ready, which wasn’t my question. I stood across the room and watched food come out of the window and guessed when my food was ready. Unseasoned food. And no way to season it. No ketchup for the fries and not available without waiting in the line again. Cold food that doesn’t taste good. Single cheeseburger by itself and an absolutely terrible room temperature catfish basket for $28. No thanks. Not again. I’ll drive somewhere else. Not like any of the other restaurants they have in the building are open. Even the ones that are advertised as open. Drove 3 1/2 hours to come here. Again I say, never again. Very disappointed. Didn’t feel like waiting another 10 minutes in the line to speak with an employee who was clearly overmatched by her “food counter”-level job.

This is a nice addition to the casino. HOWEVER! The service was piss poor! I waited in line to order wings, the cashier was rude and unprofessional. Fast fwd.. I ordered wings fried WELL! Guess what? They came out under cooked! I sent them back and the cashier said it was because they weren’t breaded. BS! Anyhow I sent them back and all they did was drop the same wings back in the grease. Ugh! Then the cook threw them up in the service window as if it was a problem that I sent them back. I asked the cashier if it’s normal to have the cook throw the food and she said YES! Anyhow, then I order a side of garlic Parmesan fries. These fries were greasy and plan old gross. I had old fries and new fries in the container. Idk if the food I ordered was just bad but from the service to the food I’d have to give 1 STAR! I wish they were on Yelp so I could leave a comment there as well. Please beware!

My hamburger did not taste the way hamburgers should. My son’s quesadilla was supposed to be chicken and cheese, but they added onions which he asked not to have. Very expensive for food we threw away. The sides were good.
