This place is ridiculous. They delivered my pizza looking like a disaster. All the food was tilted to the side. The lady I spoke with wants to argue back and forth with me blaming us for tilting the pizza when we clearly grabbed it with care . She asked her so called driver who said it was our fault. Supposedly he worked there x amount of years and it’s not his fault yeah ok but look at my food. She wasn’t even here so see what happened I was here and I seen what happened. Your over the phone. Then they don’t have no manger on duty supposedly and hangs up on me and blocks my number. What kind of service is this. Conviently only takes cash today. Disgusting with the service, the attitude, customer service is horrible.

My husband ordered pizza online from the website. He shows up 30 mins later and the pizza hasn’t started. They had no record of his order until he mentioned online then they checked the online orders and saw it. The cooks proclaimed they would be starting the order at that moment so the cashier said to give them 25-30 mins. That wasn’t a problem. He obliges. When he returns, the order is still unfinished and all the cashier could say was they turned the machines off and offered him a $50 unfinished pizza. When he mentioned he didn’t want to spend 50 more dollars on another pizza (which was supposed to be “discounted”), she acted like it was his problem they choose to use an online app for their website. My suggestion is to either get rid of online orders, plan on/off times for online orders, or train staff better to pay attention to online orders as well. We understand things may have been busy because of the holiday, but if someone pays for something and you say you’re going to do something, follow through. If it’s beyond your capabilities, that’s fine but communication and accountability should have been better. Thank you.

I will start by saying this, I have been a customer of Congress Pizza for 30 years, even though it wasn’t this exact location but today really took the cake with their service. The lady takes the orders has the worst attitude and today when you try to call to make the order they just kept picking up the phone and slamming it down and then a man answers and says they are closing soon @7:00pm when it says they don’t close until 11:30 pm. The pizza is great but they really need better people working here! They are horrible!!!! Better off going to Mama Lunas, that’s where I ended up ordering from since the employees at Congress didn’t want to be bothered today.

I would give them zero stars if I could. Their customer service is horrible. It seems that they don’t care about being nice and polite to customers. They act like their pizza is the best pizza in the city. It’s to the point even the old lady that takes orders is very rude. People should spend their money where they’re appreciated.

Order was cold ….pieces of my pizza was missing as well as it was grease smudges on the top of the box and a staple in the middle was also detached …I called spoke to the manager(RITA) explained that my order was 74 bucks I tipped the driver and all when I opened the box I have pieces missing I’m then told WITH A ATTITUDE OK WELL THE PIZZA MUST OF SLID BECAUSE OUR DRIVER WOULDN’T DO ANYTHING LIKE THAT……
How can you determine what a driver has done if he or she has the order and you are at the restaurant.

Disappointed with Service and Wrong Order
I ordered a 14-inch large pizza with whole mushrooms and half pepperoni. When I got home, I realized the order was wrong—the pizza was made with whole mushrooms and whole pepperoni. I called the store to explain the mistake and even sent proof of my receipt and a picture of the incorrect pizza. Instead of offering to exchange it or issue a refund, the staff refused to take responsibility.
The lady I spoke to was rude and dismissive, arguing with me even after I showed proof of their mistake. Her attitude was very unprofessional and left a bad impression. I won’t be ordering from here again.

The staple here for me since I was a kid has always been the cheese sticks. Best ones ever. And I’m so disappointed that they changed them. Will never order from here again. Nothing sets you apart anymore. Smh… ♀️

I really enjoy the pizza, but the woman handling the orders is incredibly rude and incompetent. After telling me she would check on my order, she put me on hold for 40 minutes, only to return and ask, “Hello, who is this?” I’ve been waiting for an update after spending $50 on pizza. This place needs to sort out their service!

I called to order a pizza, then about 15 minutes later they called me back in a very rude way to tell me it was ready and to ask if we were going to pick it up. My husband was just arriving at the place, and the person was incredibly arrogant.
