Today we went to cold Stone creamery for the first time in Maple Grove. We had such a great experience! The staff were very kind and friendly. They have a huge selection of ice cream flavors, and a vast variety of topping! The waffle bowls were very, very fresh and delicious . The store was clean and neat as well. I was impressed by the amount of toppings included in my ice cream! I will definitely be back!

I wanted to take a moment to share my delightful experience at Coldstone in Maple Grove today. I indulged in a “Love It” size of Founder’s Favorite and also treated myself to Talk Dark & Delicious and Cookies and Creamery small round. The cakes and ice cream were absolutely awesome, and the customer service was top-notch.
The cakes were incredibly delicious, and all our guests couldn’t stop praising how tasty they were. I couldn’t be happier with the quality and taste of everything I tried. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a sweet treat or a special dessert for their celebrations.

Cooling off with some delicious ice cream from Cold Stone creamery, it’s definitely the way to spend this nice and warm early afternoon.
My first time here and I am impressed the amount variety of ice cream and sorbets they have available. I got the “love it” size.
Some could say a medium, but I asked for 2 scoops French vanilla and Oreo and my friend got the the same size Cookie dough & chocolate mixed with m&ms.
We went early today, because later in the afternoon, this place is super busy!
It’s great place to stop by and enjoy a scoop or two. And the staff super efficient and friendly!

Go to another location if you really want some cold stone. Or find another ice cream shop all together. This one is all bad. The set up is terrible. The line piles up in front of the door by the street. It’s awkward and chaotic. You can’t see the ice cream flavors until you’re ordering which slows things down. You can’t see the mix- ins from where you order the ice cream. The line moves incredibly slow. I wasn’t sure if the register was down or the cashier was on break but my ice cream was running down my cup before I got to the register (also the only place where napkins are). There is very limited seating. The only place more than 2 people can sit is right across from the line. This is where half the line sits while waiting to order so it wasn’t an option. Our family of 4 had to have 2 sit and 2 stand at one of the very dirty tables near the back doors. This was really tough because the walkway is already tight and we had to keep moving for people to get by. All the tables were sticky and gross. There was garbage left around and also filling the garbage can to the top. There were gross stains on the floor that looked like vomit. I do not plan to return. Overpriced ice cream and a terrible experience.

Absolutely loved the flavors! The ice cream was rich, creamy and so refreshing – melts in your mouth must try for dessert lovers. So many unique flavour’s, every scoop tastes amazing. Loved the ambience and the friendly staff will definitely come back!

SCAMMER ALERR! Buyer beware! They illegally charge you for extra toppings even though they’re not actually putting it in your food. I went in today and requested a quart of ice cream that comes with one ice cream flavor and four toppings. I requested two toppings initially then saw that one topping was back in stock and asked for that one too. The person who was making it added the toppings then nodded at the cashier twice. When I got to the register, my ice cream was $2 more than what it should’ve been. When I asked why, the cashier said it was for the extra toppings. I said what extra toppings? It comes with four, and I asked for three. The person who made my ice cream said that she gave me extra. Mind you, I didn’t request extra anything so how can you charge me for extra?! Additionally, she did not give me extra anything. The toppings are grabbed using a pre-measured spoon. The same spoon is used for each ice cream size. That means, you get the same amount whether you order a small or a large. The purpose of ordering a larger size usually means that you get additional scoops that make it proportional to what you would receive no matter what size you order. For example, if you order a large fry at McDonalds they don’t give you a bigger cup with the same amount of fries as a small. Or if you order a large drink at Starbucks, they don’t give you the same amount of coffee as a small but in a larger cup. They know what they’re doing and they’re slowing stealing from their customers. I’m not going to keep giving them more than they deserve though. I have been patronizing this location for over 10 years. Unfortunately, the recent ownership has decided to go another direction in terms of quality of food and service! Therefore, moving forward, I will be filing complaints with the better business bureau and the department of health. The last time we were there, one of the workers kept touching her face and hair while wearing gloves then going back to touching the utensils for the food. When we asked her to change her gloves, she made it seem like we were being unreasonable and rolled her eyes. This location needs her ownership asap!!

Delicious ice cream with friendly staff. There were many choices for ice cream flavors, cakes, and more. The place was clean and well lit. They also have a free parking lot outside their building. I had their cookie dough ice cream in a dipped/sprinkled waffle cone. It was delicious!
