I usually don’t leave negative reviews, but after multiple visits the experience with the “manager”….Ericka, has been consistently unpleasant.
Ordering when she’s working feels less like normal customer service and more like being rushed through a race. The moment you step up to order it feels like there’s an invisible timer running. If you take more than a second to decide or ask a simple question, the impatience and attitude are very obvious. Customer service shouldn’t make people feel pressured or rushed, but that’s exactly how it feels every time she’s there.
She also talks back to customers in a dismissive way, which makes the interaction unnecessarily uncomfortable. Instead of helping the process move smoothly, her tone makes it feel like customers are somehow doing something wrong just by ordering.
What was even more surprising was hearing her speak badly about a customer to her employees right after the interaction, while people were still standing nearby. As a customer, it’s pretty uncomfortable to hear the manager openly making rude comments about someone who just ordered. It makes you wonder what’s being said about everyone else the moment they walk away.
For someone who is apparently the manager, the lack of patience and professionalism is honestly shocking. A manager should be setting the standard for how customers are treated, not making the entire experience feel tense and unwelcome.

After shopping at IKEA Hicksville, wanted to try something different. We’re not huge Tex Mex fans, but wanted to try the fare and this place was on the way to the LIE. Ordered online and it was ready to go when we arrived 10 minutes later.
Restaurant looked clean and bright, servers were courteous and cheerful. The food here, like at Chipotle and Moe’s, etc. isn’t bad. It’s just the appearance of a bunch of ingredients all kind of slopped onto a soggy, recycled (maybe?) paper bowl. The colors were vibrant and everything tasted fresh, it’s just that the appearance, totally – subjective, devalued the merit of the individual ingredients. Probably 4 stars if you’re a fan of “bowl” type cuisine.

The Qdoba in Plainview has become one of our favorite spots for casual, flavorful meals. While it’s often compared to Chipotle, in many ways Qdoba has its own edge — from their wider range of flavors to their creative menu items.

It’s a service line where you tell them what you want from their buffet and the server puts it on your dish. At the end-of-line you pay. Food is good. Prices are very fair. Servers are nice. Tables clean. Bathrooms clean. (not a sit down restaurant where you are served. Cafeteria style.). Plenty of parking…end of a strip mall.

Came here with a lot of hype but it was totally disappointing I had a burrito and my friend had a bowl unfortunately one of the worst Brown Rice ( uncooked and dry) and Black beans in my life. Chicken tastes just OK and nothing special about this both food.

Wow, awesome place. So much better than old Qdoba. Good selection of fresh proteins and toppings. Manager and staff on top of everything and friendly service. Nice to see a place like this open in plainview shopping center. I suggest adding raw avocado as a topping (not just guac). Also please add breakfast burritos! Good job guys I’ll be back and so nice to have a good alternative to chipotle.
