Great place for a quality sandwich. First time here and impressed when compared to Subway and other sandwich shops. Went with the Cubano and wife went with the sweet heat. Kids wanted to try the Mac and cheese but they were all out so ended up getting a couple grilled cheese. Also got some chili and the chicken pot pie soup, both were tasty. Was looking for an easy and quick dinner and we were pleasantly surprised with the food.

I am writing to express my deep frustration with the service and quality of my recent order, which cost approximately $25 and resulted in a near-total failure to meet basic dietary requirements. As a vegetarian who strictly avoids meat and eggs, I specifically requested an eggless, meatless Mediterranean sandwich with no tomatoes, yet I was served a sandwich that contained both tomatoes and mayonnaise (which contains egg). Furthermore, the avocado—a key ingredient listed on the menu—was entirely missing. The experience was made worse by a complete lack of professional communication; when I asked about egg-free options, the staff member appeared confused and simply said ‘yes’ to everything without verifying. There was a clear lack of coordination, with staff repeatedly asking for my order and then asking each other for the same information seconds later. It is the staff’s fundamental duty to accurately communicate ingredient information and listen to customer specifications, especially regarding dietary restrictions. This experience was incredibly disappointing, and it makes me question whether this establishment is a safe or viable option for the vegetarian community.

Worst experience we’ve ever had at this Potbelly today. The worker didn’t know how to ring people up. She tried charging us $59 for 4 $8 skinny combos and an original Italian (which they mistakenly made a skinny but charged us for an original). Then she told us they wouldn’t honor the kids eat free on the weekends because it was only good for after 3pm on saturdays (even though it says after 3 on fridays and all day Sat/Sun. Afterward we tried using our app to purchase 3 cookies and she said we can only use 1 each visit, even though we scanned the app and it took off 3 cookies’ worth of points. she clearly didn’t know what she was doing, insomuch that the people behind me ordered 2 sandwiches and a kids meal and she charged them $42 Won’t be returning ever to this one.

I ordered delivery on January 10th, but my order arrived with errors. I called immediately, and the manager on duty acknowledged the mistake and offered a refund for the incorrect sandwich.
Eighteen days and five follow-up calls later, I still have not received my money. During my most recent call, the manager refused to help because the store was nearing closing time. She informed me that the only way to get my refund was to drive to the store—in the middle of a snowstorm—to collect it in cash.
This level of service is unacceptable. I shouldn’t have to risk my safety or spend three weeks chasing a refund for a mistake the store admitted to making.

The need to fire the workers. Dropped by here on Friday night at 8:56 to order, one was hanging out with friends while they ate and the other 2 workers had the doors locked and were cleaning tables and shutting down an hour early. My son knocked several times and they purposely avoided eye contact and laughed. Chairs started getting stuck on tables as we drove away.
Clearly they have plans tonight and making you money isn’t one of them!

I love Potbellys, but this location usually messes up on my order. The one I usually go to closed, so I picked this location.
I asked for the big roast beef, with multigrain bread, extra mayo, onions, oil and seasoning, extra extra hot peppers, and regular lettuce and tomatoes. My sandwich was literally missing mostly everything. I also ordered the avo turkey original for someone else. The sandwich, which I asked to be made the same way, was not. When I had to ask for the onions on the side, I was given maybe 5 large rings in total when I informed both sandwiches are lacking them.
I had to ask for the toppings on the side since they weren’t added to the sandwich.
The sandwiches were made very sloppy and not wrapped well, so it mostly fell out of the wrapper once I looked them both over.
If the orders were made correctly and not as sloppy, this would have been better.

I ordered from this location today and my sandwich was made incorrectly. I tried calling the store multiple times to resolve the issue, but no one answered the phone. It’s frustrating to pay for something and not receive what you ordered, especially when you can’t get in contact with anyone to fix it.
