Poor customer service. My family and I arrived at this location at 9:40 PM to place an order, but we were told they were only accepting online orders, even though the store closes at 12:00 AM. We then went to a different Domino’s location on Farmers Lane and asked if there was a time limit for ordering in person. The employee there informed us that as long as the store is open, they can take in-person orders. Based on this experience, the customer service at this location was disappointing.

Went to one of my favorite places…. Which is Domino’s Pizza…, and I have always ordered random stuff because I love the variety of it!!!! It’s absolutely delicious!!! Yet upon my visit at this specific locationmy food was absolutely second hand…. I received salty cheesy bread…. My sandwich was super Dry no bacon on my chicken ranch sandwich…. The wings were literally just splattered with bbq sauce…. The only thing that was right was the cinnamon pieces….
We got home and saw our meal….
I basically just gave it all to my dog.. because that’s what it looked like… Straight dog food…. No one was there .. There wasn’t many orders going thru… Yes I get it.. they’ve might’ve been catching up …. And it’s not the money spent it’s the actual experience of a good restaurant…. So far… Food was blah…. Service was actually really cool…. Atmosphere is ok… It’s not a place to sit down and eat… But overall it could be better…. I’m Coming from a good place… That’s all…. I love this place… But this time I feel like I got the short end of the stick…at least my dog enjoyed the food….. Anywho…. Have a good day… Next time just make sure it’s not done in a rush … It literally takes thirty more seconds just to do the right thing……

I don’t eat fast food anymore and I think I’ve eaten at Domino’s once in my life but earlier I was driving home through Stony Plaza and had just said goodbye to some unhoused friends that I have known since elementary school. I turned and locked and saw a stack of Domino’s Pizza containers on the table next to the restaurant which had probably just closed so I flipped a u- turn and went back and told my friends who were super grateful and I thought you know if these were extras or something that somebody ordered and never picked up or whatever I think it was really kind of Domino’s to leave them for people who can’t afford anything at all instead of just throwing them in the garbage. I actually ate a piece and it was really, really, good. I had to put my foot down with my my unhoused friends and tell them that straight up I’m taking all the cinnamon twisty thingies. I’m sure they are A+. Thanks Domino’s-I kind of like your company a lot now or just the people that work at the Stony Point branch.
