This is by far the best Einstein location in the area. There are many I won’t order from based on past experiences. This location is a winner! The staff is always kind, works as quickly as possibly, and is accurate on orders. The managers have been amazing and the staff works hard. Everything also tastes fresh!

I was in this location today and before my order was taken a pair of young nurses in scrubs had their order taken by the woman at the counter. After the 2nd lady left the line to wait she had left the tip screen up, my boyfriend and I watched the employee click the highest tip amount. She even made eye contact with us before she forced this young woman to tip, it is completely unacceptable and I’d consider it stealing.
I am a person who believes service workers should be paid more and I always tip here myself but to watch an employee wait for a customer to walk away and click the highest tip amount. It did not look like a mistake because the no tip option was on the other side of the screen, she intentionally gave herself a tip when it was not approved of from the customer.
As someone who has experience in being a GM, this is absolutely unacceptable and should be taken care of immediately. I understand wanting a tip but taking it from an unknowning customer is plain wrong.
On top of that, we had to go back in because our order was wrong. Definitely going to go back in to speak to a manager.

Kaden was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we walked in he welcomed us and then we followed him to the register where he was very helpful with assisting us with the menu. He gave us his own recommendations and helped us figure out what he wanted. Very professional and knowledgeable. Will be coming back

HEARTFELT thank you to the staff at around 10 am today. From waiting in line ( very chill) to ordering ( got the farmhouse 2 eggs and a cheddar jalapeño bagel) to waiting for the food( getting to peak behind the scenes) concluding with getting handed off a warm bag clearly waiting for me to devour the contents of it. I left feeling oddly loved and loved the whole experience. Maybe it’s just me but if that’s the case everyone there today made an impact on me in a pure simple way. Thanks a lot team. Crushed it today

Einstein bagels has always been our go to for a quick breakfast, but this one specifically is our favorite. Even when its busy I trust our order is correct and out quickly. Probably the best customer service I’ve had at a Einstein before. Eat this place whenever we go to the pediatrician for our children. Kids love it and it’s a simple, fast way to grab and good snack that’s not fast food or subway. I always get something different and I have yet to be disappointed. The friendly staff make it more enjoyable.
