Panera bread drive thru has become a part of my daily routine. The food/drinks are always fresh, the restaurant is always clean, and the staff has become such a pleasant part to the start of my morning. They are friendly, kind, and you can tell they are happy working together. Special shout out to Ally and Cheyenne. They always remember me and ask how my day is going. Love this place!

This was the longest I’ve ever waited for food anywhere besides the Argyle Starbucks.
We arrived right at 7:00 PM and waited 17 minutes just to receive one of our two pickup orders. It then took over 30 minutes to get our two drinks. On top of that, we also ordered two drinks through the drive-thru while waiting. The drinks were visibly sitting on the counter, yet no one could take the 30 seconds to hand them to us.
The employee at the window moved with zero urgency. They gave us our food but forgot our drink entirely, so after half an hour we had to go inside ourselves just to retrieve a single lemonade they’d overlooked.
Waiting this long for one sandwich and a couple drinks is honestly unacceptable. Being understaffed explains delays — it doesn’t excuse disorganization and lack of attention.
I won’t be coming back. This location seriously needs a better system and more attentive staff.

We had the soup and Mediterranean veggie sandwich at Panera Bread, and both were fantastic. The soup was comforting and flavorful, perfect for a cozy meal. The Mediterranean veggie sandwich was fresh, with a great balance of flavors from the veggies and dressing. The bread was soft and added the perfect touch. Emily took care of us, and her service was quick and friendly. The meal was satisfying, and Panera Bread continues to be a reliable choice for delicious, wholesome food.

The one major thing that grosses me out is the stench of this Panera location. Every time I have been inside it smells like some sort of bodily fluid. Once I smell it I have absolutely no appetite. A few times I have been there where the customer service is not up to par either. I asked for salt one time and the employee mentioned they did not have any. I took the time to look around and found a bunch of packets by the pick up window. Nothing I hate worse is poor customer service. Though I do have to say there are other employees there that have provided good customer service. I would for sure give this Panera location a good cleaning and scrubbing though and fix that horrible smell inside.

Food was good as usual but cashier basically told me what I was ordering… but I ordered what I wanted… a full sandwich with a bowl of soup. She rings up the pick 2. And then selected no sides! I told her twice!!! When I got my food I was given a dirty spoon, gave it back and the guy looked irritated! Never have I ever experienced such horrible experience!!

Second trip to this location, food was fast, hot and very tasty. Always busy around lunch, can be tricky to get in as the cross traffic can be insane at times. Friendly staff, great spot for getting a little work done as well..

Got drive through took a long time- but order was right and seemed fresh. Unfortunately, when I got home we realized the bun was moldy!!!! I called and the lady said- not to worries she would go and look at the buns… no mention of my sandwich having to go in the trash or sorry- or a refund??

I have genuinely never reviewed a restaurant online, if that tells you anything about how bad this was.
I drove by this Sunday morning for breakfast, ordered the Egg White/Avocado sandwich. The photo attached is what I received. Awful. The sandwich was soggy as soon as I received it, there was not a lot of avocado at all, and half of it was browned. The spinach was very wilted and the egg was hanging off half the sandwich. I just wanted a good breakfast..
On top of that, I ordered the cinnamon crunch latte, which was watered down and only about 2/3rd of the way full.
I’ve been to a couple of Panera Breads, never had this bad of a food experience. Probably won’t go back.
