Recently i ordered this online, I don’t know if I received my order like this because it was late or the employees in general hate their job, my fries were uncooked, you can tell from the middle they are still cold, and my tenders were supposed to be lemon pepper, what is the yellow fluid? I just want to say that I love Wingstop, but if you are looking to order online and have it delivered, then don’t. I’d advise you to go in and order. I’ve ordered from this branch many times and every single time they have left a lot of my order behind. I have gone in and ordered as well, and find that they forget some items too. At least inside you can check while you are there and let them know that they missed something. This time they forgot the Large Bleu cheeses dressing, large FF, large carrots and large celery from my 40 pc group order. The food is already expensive to be letting this slide all the time. This branch needs to do a bit better on pre-checking the order once completed, especially if it’s a delivery order.

Ordered the meal for two ahead online, had 30 minute lunch break, get there they tell me 15-20 minutes. No big deal I didn’t mind eating on the way back to work, came back in 15 minutes later, they tell me they are so sorry they had my name mixed up and it would be 20-30minutes. I explain I’m on my lunch from work I won’t be able to wait, he says ok nothing else. I noticed in my bank said processing so I assumed because I got no food the charge would not be made. Wrong. Two days later it was charged. Went in I said hey I didn’t know this would be charged I didn’t get my food, explained the situation. They said well you should have spoke up right then and there, we can’t help you anymore. I said I would like a refund or the meal I didn’t get. Nope. We can’t help you with either. I said I would like to speak with a manager. He says I am a manager (shift leader) I said ok I need the manager above you. He says she will be in tomorrow I ask her name he said he can’t give it out for safety reasons. Seriously? Do better Wingstop. You’ve lost all business in my household for sure.

So I’ve ordered from this location many times, and every time they over pack the boxes, and my ranch is tipped over, but this time I was missing things too, so I decided to write a review for management to get this location running better hopefully. Ordered to go and was missing one of my large order of carrots, and a 6 piece order of chicken wings. My large ranch was tilted on its side and leaked in the to go bag, so I lost most of it when I got home and they squeezed my 20 piece chicken wings in one box that the box actually melted. I ended up throwing it away because it had a plastic flavor. I tried calling the store, but it kept ringing and no one answered. Management needs to consider getting paper boxes instead of plastic to serve their fried food, also they need to talk to their employees about no more than 10 wings per box. They also need to discuss with the employees to check that everything the customer ordered is in the bag along with placing the ranch/dips properly in the bag so they don’t spill. Completely wasted almost $50 very disappointed.

They close at midnight which is great for me. My food was ready to go when I got there and it was delicious. I got a large cajun corn with 10 boneless wings (lemon pepper and Korean BBQ). I’ve been here many other times and it’s always been a good experience.

Really clean place. Always smells amazing. The only thing I don’t like about this place is how small and crowded everything is, only 6 tables, 4 tables with 4 chairs the rest with 2 chairs. The restrooms are nice and spotless. The parking lot is big but since there are other businesses around its hard to find a parking spot near the store.

Ordered through the app and was told it would be ready by 1:30… It’s now 1:50 and I still don’t have my food… Don’t tell people their food will be ready on the app if they have to still wait another 20-30 minutes before they actually get it. AND I know but everywhere is short staffed, so stop making that the excuse and hire people or at least schedule people when you know you’re going to be busy… Ie: Sunday afternoons.

Sidenote: maybe have more pleasant people running the front end of your restaurant
