Did drive threw the woman that took my order was friendly. I asked her for ranch and cup holder she was nice and obliged. I ordered 4 of the great 8 wing meals. The only thing I didn’t like was the quantity of the meal there was very little fries less then a hand full. And very very small amount of sause on my wings it was like i ordered just chicken nuggets.

We tried their Chicken Zalad & Chicken Quesadillas. The salad was good the chicken was fried so it was a little bit tough. The chicken quesadillas were well melted it was great. Friendly service & nice ambience with decors about Tennessee. The restaurant was clean & ample parking.

Went in on Thursday October 30th to get some dinner and the people in front of me began to cause a commotion about their food (which isn’t the issue) the issue began when the manager who I heard to be Tammy, was completely disrespectful to the worker who messed up the number on the order, it seemed. Which once again isn’t the issue but she was completely unprofessional towards the worker who had made the mistake which was not only was uncomfortable to witness but completely disrespectful towards the worker who was clearly a minor. Overall the experience was tense and uncomfortable and issues like this should be handled with more professionalism especially from a manger towards a minor who clearly isn’t getting paid enough to deal with this as it is. Food was good though and the worker was still polite afterwards while taking my order, so overall the attitude of the manager to the worker in front of the customers was very appalling when it was clearly a grown woman talking to a minor.

I tried to place a curbside order yesterday, but rather than the website prompting me to enter my parking space #, it directed me to go inside and pickup my order from the shelf.
My order was not on the shelf, but rather behind the counter. There were 2 employees behind the counter, but neither greeted me or asked to serve me at the counter. Eventually, an employee came out from the kitchen and handed my order to me.
Very disappointed in the online ordering and pick up process.
Also, the store didn’t look very clean, in my opinion.

Chicken was way overcooked to the point it was hard and gross. The chicken was also put into the container super hot that it burned holes it. The lady in the back that was preparing the food was very rude. They said that is the way they cook them. I have ate at other Zaxby’s and the chicken wasn’t this nasty. They gave me more but still was overcooked!! Not happy with this place..

Fantastic experience, delicious food! I have visited this Maryville location in the past and I always enjoy the experience and food. My recent visit was no exception. The service is always very efficient and friendly. I have several favorite meals at Zaxbys. On this visit I enjoyed the Big Zax Snak meal; chicken tenders, crinkle fries and toast. Of course, I love the Zax sauce!!! If you’ve never experienced Zaxbys, they have a large menu with many dining options. Naturally, Zaxbys chicken items are superb. There menu includes sandwiches, salads, and much more. The facilities are well maintained and very clean. The staff associates are always very polite and friendly. I have never had a poor experience at this location. This Zaxbys is conveniently located in Maryville on Hwy. 129.

Zaxby’s is the best fast food chicken out there. Better than Bo-somebody and KFchicken. The salads are huge! The wings are great! What more can I say? Once you try Zaxby’s, you won’t go back to the other places.

Food was okay. It took 20 mins to get my milk shake. It was cold inside. It was 23° outside and should have been warm inside. Also, the fans were nasty. Covered in dust.
