Well, the past few times I’ve gone I had my order pick up time. It’s usually 30 to 40 more minutes of waiting in the parking lot and I cannot have cheese of any sort and they keep messing up when I go to pick up my order to the drive-through and There is dressing on it that I cannot have. Such a waste of time going up there. I have food, allergies. I’m very sensitive to certain things and for them to mess it up after 40 minutes of waiting so ridiculous. Never going back.

Ordered pick-up, had a cranberry chicken sandwich in my you-pick-two, but it was missing lettuce and tomato and looked nothing like the picture. Plus it took almost 30 minutes longer than communicated.

Panera should not be allowed to take in store to-go orders without first informing you how long you’ll have to wait. I ordered a sandwich and 30 minutes later was still waiting. The woman next to me only ordered a bowl of soup and had been there longer than me. I requested a refund and left. They have the worst setup I’ve seen for making sandwiches. They can only make one hot sandwich at a time. This place is so inconsiderate of the customer while also being over priced. It should just become a sit down restaurant. But at a restaurant you’d at least have drinks and appetizers after 30 minutes

The worst experience I’ve ever had at a Panera. I’m still in the dining room waiting for the order, and it’s been over 30 minutes. Lots of other people waiting that were here before us. An order comes out about every 8 minutes. The woman who seems in charge is loudly complaining behind the counter that orders keep coming in and they can’t keep up, and the lack of remorse isn’t helping customer morale out here. We would cancel, but every time someone does, she has to stop what she’s doing to deal with that which slows it down for everybody else. Though we still have hours left to drive tonight. Wish the cashier had told us they were backed up.
Update… Order placed at 6:17, got food at 7:07. In the meantime, a little kid asked the angry manager lady for a spoon for his soup, and she said no, that she was busy. Merry Christmas indeed.

Was killing time while having some work done on my car next door and stopped in for breakfast. Staff was friendly and helpful. The food was mediocre. I got the steak and scrambled egg sandwich and an orange juice. I ordered and sat down. Was not sure that my name had been called until I got up to check. Saw a sandwich sitting on the counter and asked if it was mine. Don’t know how long it was sitting there, but it was mine. As others have said, the food is overpriced for what you get. It cost me twelve dollars for what I ordered (see pictures). I doubt I will go back for food. Maybe a coffee.

I went into order a lemonade. Before I could place my order, a staff member said they would be with me in a moment. Come to find out she was placing an order for her meal. I understand taking breaks as I worked in a coffee shop but I was never allowed to ring up my own food or drink until the customers were taken care of. Also there was no one else behind me so it would not have taken that long. Just found that to be very rude.

I’m not a huge fan of Panera anymore. Their food has gone down hill in quality and uphill in price. Their stores are dated and old. But this location is decent and they do a good job. I still like their breakfast sandwiches

I would save your money on the chicken bacon rancher. This is what I got. Total waste of money. I knew I should have stuck to my regular stuff. New addition to avoid. The steak and awake if you’re getting it to go. Never get to go. They won’t make it properly. They are charging way too much money for this result. Also there was no egg or cheese on the sandwich. Just meat. Didn’t customize. I guess just eat in and perhaps it will be made correctly. This has become a pattern. I called and they did refund but what a shame. Didn’t even put the egg for breakfast! Third time it’s been this way.

Great place!! I accidentally grabbed the wrong order and called and the lady was so polite and thankful I called. Next time, I know to look twice at the order before grabbing it! Treat customers with kindness always, always wish for a great day when leaving!! Thank you and sorry again about the mistake I made!!!

They would prefer everything be completely self service but want that tip when you order before you get your food? Order by machine, wait in line to pick up your order, clean your own table to eat, get your own drinks, clean your table when you leave and deliver your dishes and cutlery to the right containers. None the less still pricey. No problem with the food but wonder what impact that tip has on what you get?
