The food at Sea Harbour is decent, and they cover all the classic dim sum staples well. The service is attentive and the atmosphere is quite pleasant and upscale. However, the menu is somewhat limited compared to other spots, and the prices are quite high. While the quality is there, I personally don’t feel it justifies the premium price tag. Good for a formal meal, but maybe not the best value for casual dim sum.

This was my first time at this Hong Kong dim sum restaurant. It was clean, bright, and spacious. The food was diverse and delicious, and the prices were reasonable. The staffs were friendly and the service was prompt. Located in a high-rise building opposite Richmond Casino, it has a dedicated parking lot on the rooftop, making it easily accessible. If you want to have a Hong Kong dim sum experience, Harbour Restaurant is a good choice.

“Hands down the best Cantonese food and dim sum in Vancouver! Great atmosphere and amazing flavors. We came twice in three days and were happy every single time. So thankful to enjoy such wonderful food during the Christmas season!

Had craving for dim sum and this place did not disappoint. On par with hk restaurants and simply delicious. The vibe was similar too be prepared for noisy jostling tea loving crowds.

Bougie, upscale dim sum restaurant. Each dish runs about $15 each but you also get what you pay for.
Food: one of the best dim sum places I’ve had. Food was fresh, well presented, delicious, authentic and high quality. We really enjoyed all the dishes we tried. Everything was very nicely presented.
Service: better than most dim sum restaurants, but didn’t stand out. Lived to up expectation.
Atmosphere: nice upscale restaurant, complete with fine linen and fancy chopstick holder and extra set of chopsticks etc… spacious, lots of natural light.
Value: price-wise it’s definitely a treat. The most expensive dim sum I’ve ever had, 6-7 dishes came to about $100 for 3 adults and a toddler. Was it worth it? Yes. Can I afford to become a regular? No. Would I like to be? Also yes.

Our clients treated our team out for dim sum here at Sea Harbour Restaurant. My first time here. Quality is up there with the other dim sum restaurants that i like. Very busy today on a Friday lunchtime. Glad table of 8 was booked ahead of time.
Food was well presented, tasty and fresh. I didnt pay so couldnt see if the price was good compared to the value.

This original sea harbour location was located on number 3 road across from yaohan. Sea harbour is known for luxurious Chinese fine dining. They had also won awards and their culinary team is very elite. I decided to have dimsum here when their doors open.
The dining room is extremely luxurious and eye popping. Service here is absolutely amazing. I loved their menu because they have items that alot of other traditional dim sum places don’t offer. I really enjoyed their sticky wild rice wrap. The texture is lovely and fragrant. The scallop soup dumplings were so supple and savoury. The stuffing inside the fried taro dumplings was also very delicious.

Faves:
1. sweet and sour spare ribs,
2. pan fried scallops with lily and black fungus
3. deep fried chicken with black truffle sauces (half/whole)

Recommended by a friend long time so we booked a table for 4.
It was noisy and tables are back to back. You could hear people chatting so loud around you. Dim sum was not what I expected. We ordered 6 dishes and only one of them tasted ok. We did not add anymore… It’s a bit overpriced for this standard. At this price you may find a lot better places in Richmond.

never disappointed by the food here, it’s really amazing! flavour is spot on and it really is the authentic and unique dim sum spot in richmond. although a bit pricey for each dish, it was delicious! guy who brought us in was also very nice and our severs were nice too. however when we were tipping, attitude seemed to change… seems like they demand a “minimum” tip
