Two lady’s that were working around 5-6pm had very nasty attitudes, and while I was ordered kept in drive thru asking is that it with nasty attitudes, and when asked for jalapeño cheese dip I got charged .75 cents at the drive through window then they told us to park and come in and get our order instead of parking us and having us come back around or just brining us back out which was rude because I went through the drive thru for a reason. So when I went in to get the order I asked to pay for another cheese dip and she charged me more than what the first one cost .85 cents instead of .75, and when I received my order my crazy bread was Burned and I’m not sure if it was because she was trying to be funny or what but I did not eat the item at all. And I feel like she was trying to be funny because when we had got to the speaker she had us order, just to have us order again at the window and when she noticed we were upset about it she continued to laugh in our faces. 12/9/2025 and I will be giving the hiring manager a call tmr for this matter. The server/cook that helped us was very helpful. He is typically there when we go and we go quite frequently. He always helps with the menu and always knows what Im after. I believe he’s the only one there most evenings. He is perfectly capable of managing multiple customers with curtesy and promptness regardless of the busy evening dinner rush on his own.

This was the worst experience I have ever had with purchasing pizza from Little Caesars . Do not go between 2-4pm on a Sunday unless you want poor service. My order was made completely wrong and when asked for a refund for the portion that was wrong, both the associate and the manager were extremely dismissive and unapologetic and refused to refund so I requested the food be remade. Not only was it still incorrect the second time after waiting over 40 minutes, but when I got the food home it tasted nothing like what I experienced in the past!! I will never waste my money by eating here again.

I don’t know what’s wrong with the young lady that’s working right now, but I had a terrible experience just trying to order a pizza. I could barely get any words out about how I wanted my pizza before she walked away. I wanted to ask how much extra cheese and butter would be and she walked away again before I could even get a word out. She seemed frustrated with something, but that should never translate to the customer. I’m just going to throw this pizza in the trash and go to Papa John’s. I felt like she didn’t even want me there and I felt very uncomfortable with the entire interaction. You guys need to do better.

Asked for an EMB, gave me just a normal pep with nothing different except maybe a few extra peps. The pizza was like bitting into a graham cracker, it was old and had no pleasing texture or flavor to it almost at all. This is the second run in with this location and nothing has changed sense. I will be taking my business to the papa johns across the street.

I went through the drive-thru, spoke with the young lady, and asked if she had any 3 meat available she said yes that she had 1. I did ask her have it had been in the hot box for a while she said it had only been there 10 minutes. I said okay I will take it. She told me it was $10.90 and to pull forward. I got to the window and she made me wait 10 minutes while she leaned up against the wall with her back to me. Doing nothing. I get home to find out that the pizza tasted like cardboard and it was dry as heck, this is not the first time that I have experienced this reason why I asked if it was freshly made or if it had been sitting for hours. This is the second time no matter what this young lady has been rude to me. She has not yet given good customer service. And I’m very disappointed and I will not be back to this establishment. If I could give no star I would.

I ordered delivery from their website, it was delivered by door dash. My order was missing the Mt. Dew Mango Rush. The dasher said that the store refused to give her the Mt. Dew, and that I have to call them. So I did. Nobody answered the phone. I tried calling again 10 minutes later, and the employee that did answer was very difficult to understand. She couldn’t even pronounce “mountain dew”, not even close. She said I would have to come to the store to pick it up, and I was like “no way, I ordered delivery, why didn’t you give it to the dash driver”, then I couldn’t believe what she said next. I had her repeat it to be sure. She asked me to “call back in 5 minutes”. No I don’t think I will. I’ll never get back my $2.50 for that Mt. Dew so for the future I’ll take my money somewhere else, there’s a million choices out there for pizza delivery, don’t trust Little Caesars, they’ll rob you.
