Dunkin’ is Dunkin’ nothing special to note about the coffee but the staff at this location is absolutely amazing. They were so amazingly kind and pleasant this morning as I went through the drive through. Thank you all! The caramel smile on top of my iced latte made my day! 🙂

Your lobby was closed, out of ice, “milk”, and donuts. It’s 8:30pm. Just close the store earlier. I had a terrible experience and I even went earlier today (You can see pictured from the coffee with the orange sticker), gave them a second chance by mobile ordering later tonight. They didn’t even refund me! The girl pretended like the card reader didn’t work. She shrugged her shoulders and then closed the window.

The new manager is AMAZING! She’s really turned this store around. I finally get my order made correctly and without waiting 10mins for one drink and a wrap. The crew has always been pretty good but it was clear they didn’t have a good manager to back them up. Just goes to show a store is only as good as their leader and they finally have a great one!

Honestly writing this review because I’m fed up with this location. In some sort of capacity my order is always made incorrect. This is the closes location to my house and it’s unbelievable how bad this location is. They never have enough help here. The young lady that works there says “the manager doesn’t want to put anyone else on the clock.”
This is also the only location that I constantly always have to pull up and wait on my order to come out. Literally no other location do I deal with this. It’s also no point of making requests verbose because it’s always ignored. (Like allergy requests)
Good luck stopping before work. Not to mention. The manager yelled at me, argued with me about having the correct location (I’m a local ) and proceeded to hang up in my face….. I said everything very kind….

i came to this location on 11/29 around 12:40 in drive thru and waited 10+ mins for my whole order to be made completely wrong. i don’t know what’s going on with the three ladies on that shift but they have horrible communication skills which lead me to have to come inside to ensure my food was made the way i ordered it. even when i came inside there was NO communication to the person on sandwhiches to ensure my order was made properly. and i don’t know who the manager on duty was but i sure hope it wasn’t the girl making drinks slamming them around like she had a attitude or problem or something.

I’m not sure what’s going on with this Dunkin. For the past few months service has been so slow. Today I sat in the drive through for over 30 minutes with only 2 cars infront of me who were already done ordering when I got there. I not only sat in the drive through for 30 minutes but at the speaker for over 10 before anyone said anything. At first I thought maybe they were understaffed but there was 3-4 worker in there? What’s going on?

Worst place to have your coffee made ever. Not only was i rang up incorrectly they added water into my frozen coffee. Nothing like being over charged for water. Never seem this done at any other dunkin donuts before!!!

I purchased a dozen donuts from this location. After myself and my staff ate some of donuts, we realized they were full of mold. I tried calling the store multiple times and no answer. I left work early as I felt sick. I went in the the location and bought the mold filled donuts. The staff honestly were inexperienced and not much help. DO NOT put your health at risk purchasing anything from this establishment.

Today my wife went to buy a bagel and lemonade and it turns out the bagel is so burnt and has a sour taste. I think they should give food every day for what one pays, not expired food. What a shame that corporations have no interest in the public. Don’t buy it, it’s disgusting. July/14/2025

I ordered a sesame bagel with strawberry cream cheese, but what I got was disappointing. The cream cheese was a mix of plain and strawberry, and the bagel was rock hard with a foul, stale smell—like it had been sitting out for days or worse, taken from the trash.
To make it worse, my strawberry refresher with green tea was completely watered down. I tried calling to address the issue, but no one answered.
This place has really gone downhill. I’m not sure I’ll be returning if this is what I can expect now.
