I ordered a pizza that cost $32 worth of toppings yet was delivered a plain cheese pizza…they argued it wasn’t their problem since the order was placed through Uber Eats and though my charge was astronomical for a plain cheese pizza they said that was the cost on their end. I asked for the correct pizza to be delivered or a refund and they refused. I told them thats taking money for a product never delivered and they didn’t care. I only choose this Dominos because it seems as though they make the pizza with love. I had picked up a pizza and it looked good to me however, an associate came to my car and told me to check it because he felt that maybe it was too soggy in the middle. Turns out he was right. He offered to make me another pizza right away with no questions. That is definitely going above and beyond !If you want pizza done right,this location is absolutely IT.

young men and women work here. I made a future order at 1638pm to pick up at 1730pm, I got here and realized it is only curbside pickup. A young man came out and took my name and returned stating to me they can not find the order. He went back in and came back out saying they found the order but it’s placed for tomorrow. I then realized my mistake I had made. The professionalism shown and execution on how to take care of the customer right away was on point. Showed to me a good manager has a wonderful team working with them. Keep it up young men and women. I appreciate your work ethics. I ordered two Brooklyn style (first time ordering Brooklyn style). Will post how they were made and tasted soon.

Ordered on 8/18. Tracker said Brian made this sloppy trash. The one pie looks like it has monkey pox with 2 slices without cheese or toppings. The other one, not much better. Whoever was cutting and boxing should’ve known better than to let this slop go out too. I’ll never order here again. Too many other pizza options around to settle for this lazy garbage.

I ordered Domino’s pizza last night (8/13/2023), I always leave a generous tip and I order from this location often. When I opened the pizza I found the receipt crumpled up and tossed on top of my pizza. I have no idea who’s hands handled that receipt, if they were counting money, using the phone or whatever. But don’t toss the receipt on my pizza like that. That’ll be the last time I ever order Domino’s period.

I received horrible service from this Domino’s. I ordered 3 medium pizzas and 2 were undercooked. I reported this to the store and they didn’t issue a refund. They offered to replace the pizzas, but asked for the old pizzas back. Ok sobthey could give it to someone else I guess. So they not only provided horrible services, they are also calling me a liar. I offered to show them photos, but they declined. Oh well, I guess there loss, will be there competitor’s gain. I will never order from Domino’s again. Too bad I can’t upload the photos. This is very disappointing.

Ordered light sauce got extra sauce. This happens often. Called several times to resolve the issue no one picked up or they would pick up and hang up real quick. I even went into the store prior to the pizza being ready to ensure it would have light sauce.

Pizza was delivered and completely messed up. Cales the store and they wouldn’t provide a refund. Only offers credits or to resend another. Definitely wasn’t interested in getting another. Won’t be going back unfortunately.

This Dominos location is terrible. The staff there made my pizza and let it sit for 45 minutes before I called and asked if it was being delivered, and they said they were on the way, but in the app it didn’t show them leaving the store for another ten minutes, and I tracked them in the app all the way to my house I’m realtime. The pizza was literally cold to the point the cheese was hard. The staff there also said it was because they were busy, but I find that hard to believe at 2pm on a Tuesday. I contacted Domino’s Support and they said the owner would get in touch with me, but he never did. Never ordering from this place again. The Domino’s in Wake Forest is much better.
