The big double was anything but big…asked for raw onions, there must be a shortage? Double burger was like for a kids meal? And 4 bucks? The burgers are smaller than the ones that come with a n happy meal. Burger was not prepared fresh and was just laying around…prices seem low but the portions are tiny. Tiny cold burgers barely any onions…this was my first time, and for sure it will be my last.

I ordered the tray, which is a great deal. I had the bbq grilled chicken sandwich, Cajun fries, a chicken quesadilla, and coke zero. The sandwich was a little small, but it was cooked well. It actually tasted like it was grilled outside on a grill. Tasted great, just a little small. The Cajun fries are crinkle cut with Cajun seasoning on them. I’m a ketchup person and I didn’t need any with these fries. They were nice and hot also. The chicken quesadilla was loaded with cheese and it was a little short on the chicken, but it was a good sixes and tasted great. The Coke Zero was great with the crushed ice. My only complaint is the cleanliness of the lobby. It’s rarely well kept as seen in the photos at the drink station. Great buy for $8

Everything was great when we visited , the employees were very helpful and friendly . Service time to receive our food was approximately 10 minutes which is not bad. All areas of the facility was clean and orderly . I love the fact that they play christian music throughout the dining area.

I’ve given cookout multiple tries each time and I’m let down each time. I am officially done giving my business here as to nothing is fair to what you could get. If I knew how ‘ big’ the cheese fries+ bacon I would’ve opted for something else. Please consider better customer service and realistic portions, I felt like I was eating baby food.

We stood at the register for at least 5 minutes before someone knew we were there. She was taking our order. And in the middle of our order, left to take an order at the drive thru.
I ordered jalapeños fries and it was bell peppers on them instead and wasn’t told. Boyfriend ordered Cajun fries and it was regular fries with seasoned salt.
Every table and booth was dirty.
Ordered shakes and they forgot we had ordered them after they told us they would bring them out to us.
The food was good though.

Sodas have been flat for weeks. They say the fixed them but this is not true. If you want a soda, do not go here. The GM was informed and she just blew me off. The District Manager and Regional Manager need to step in to fix this problem. Went here weekly, but not going here anymore unless this gets fixed.

Destiny is the worst fast food worker of all time. Didn’t give us any proportions. Charged us an extra 7 dollars and couldn’t even tell us what is was from maybe she was stealing I don’t know. The cookout sauce was opened and she acted like a jerk. Worst cookout experience ever. Everything is undercooked.
