The service in this location depends on who’s working at the time you place your order. I always go to the drive-through and you might get greeted with a welcome or with a “order when your ready.” Some will ask for the type of fries, others won’t mention anything. You might get asked for what type of sauce at the pick up window or just get your food without any words exchanged. I would of gave three stars but they forgot to put bacon on a sandwich I ordered which is included and clearly visible in the picture displayed so two stars it is.

I usually go through drive-thru late. The service is professional, and the food predictable; no surprises. But, like everything, the prices keep going UP. Tacos are $1.79 and a Jumbo Jack $4 ($4.49 w/cheese).

At 8:15pm Saturday going through the drive through my order came to $8.82 I gave them $20 he asked if we had anything smaller we said we ONLY have $8.32 he persisted to ask for the whole amount we SAID AGAIN WE ONLY HAVE $8.32 that’s why we gave the $20. We said you can’t let us go for 50 cents he then still asked for another $1.00! Why? He said they didn’t have any change SOOOO??? Was that MY fault? If there was no change then we would be out of Some money! They should have had a sign at the order board “exact change” and tell us when he says the price!!! AND I would have given a 0 if that was a choice!

Went to Carl’s Jr 4 days ago paid the same amount as Jack in the box and Jack in the box gave me twice as much food the items looked like they did in the ad unlike Carl’s Jr they were very nice other than their stupid speaker intercom not working correctly they got my order correct 100% correct we’ll be going back
