I truly hate to complain, but felt this needed to be shared. Do not go to this location. I love Panera bagels…. normally. I ordered what we expected to be half dozen bagels and idek what we got. The Asiago especially, was something I have never seen before. I don’t even think it was a bagel. Truthfully no idea how anyone could look at it and feel okay with putting it in a bag to be served. Not to mention, it tasted horrifying. Oh and the cream cheese was expired. Really disappointing experience.

I ordered catering from here this past week. They forgot 5 sandwiches but the manager was quick to fix the issue and delivery the missing items. For this reason, I will continue to support this store! Thank you for making it right and providing a delicious lunch

I’m sorry but Panera is just gross now. This place also has a strange smell – not like fresh baked bread. Service was good though. The girl that worked the drive thru was very nice.

1-27-25. The food was fine…if you like eating with an employee vacuuming and putting chairs upside down on every empty table at 8:05 PM. I asked what time they closed, 9:00! Two much money spent on so, so food to have to eat with the back ground noise of a vacuum. Also the AC was up high so the experience was horrible. They didn’t care if customers think from the outward appearance that they are closed. I bet in 6 months they will be closed for good. Wake up management your employees will put you out of business.

Don’t go to this Panera. Went through the drive thru a little bit ago. Shame on us for not checking the bag, but got home and we were missing a sandwich. This isn’t the first time it’s happened at this location, either. I gave 3 stars for the food. It wasn’t bad, but the au jus for the French Dipper was barely lukewarm. McAlister’s Deli is in the same shopping plaza…I’ll go there from now on.

This location obviously doesn’t care about their guests time. Had to wait in drive through for 15min for a prepaid order all because they couldn’t park the car in front of us all ad keep the line moving. Horrible guest service.

Came by just before closing to get some dinner, guess the kids that worked there weren’t to happy about it because my chicken avocado melt is missing the avocado, looks like they drained the soup out of spite as well. Wish I could take back that tip but lesson learned fast food places don’t deserve tips.

Ordered the Ciabatta cheesesteak. Little meat and almost no veggies. Disappointed. Not worth the $13 🙁

Ordered a chicken soup for a sick neighbor and when I got it home and opened it there was about an inch and a half deep of just broth nothing else in it. Almost like it was leftover from someone else. I was ashamed to bring it to her and mad that I paid for nothing!

What happened to Panera? I ordered a souffle. Nobody told me they had to make it from scratch and bake. When I finally got it – an additional 40 minutes after they sent a text saying it was ready – the top was overly brown and it tasted like a crescent roll. There were hardly any eggs and spinach – and not much flavor. The worst experience I’ve ever had at Panera. There were only three or four other diners in the restaurant.
