Worse pizza I’ve ever had in my life will never order from there again. Topping were sliding off also they were stingy on the toppings you can literally see the dough over 60% of the pizza. Asked for a pan pizza dough was soggy crust wasn’t even hard felt wet slippery and soggy. Promise you worse pizza ever I will never order from papa johns again. The prices were ridiculous literally paid about 35 bucks for a medium 3 topping and cheesy bread.

My garlic knots have no garlic terrible( I have pictures). And my wings look like the plucked the chicken at birth terrible. Abysmal in preparation times, abandoning a delivery with preparation times taking forever. Very poor marks for service. This location has been deemed a “no fly zone” meaning it consistently takes more than 10 minutes to wait and pick up an order. Font end staff doesn’t even recognize you as being there, unprofessional.

I order a epic stuff crust pizza on jan 7. I added mushrooms and a 2litter
Sierra mist. It came to 26.10. The pizza was cold also i didn’t receive my drink. I called back several times to ask when will the driver redeliver the drink it took almost 2 hours for him to return. The manager said i had a store credit. I called back to redeem the credit an the manager on site made me feel like i was trying to get over on him. They have poor customer service an the food is not of good quality either. I will not be ordering from papa john’s no where in America because of the this situation I experienced. Ill chalk up the little 26$. Its a small price to pay to find out they are poor at customer relations an food quality.

Every time i order I get the wrong item and they never want to redo the order or honor their mistake tonight i ordered a regular papadia and got this ranch crusted one instead there was no sorry or nothing just a simple call tomorrow like what was wrong with remaking my order I don’t expect these mistakes at all to happen regularly like they do I’m pregnant and expected to receive what I ordered not this new item they are trying to push I didn’t order that and would just like my money back out my right order sent how they confuse a regular pepperoni bacon and spicy sausage papadia for the cool ranch one is beyond my brain this particular papa johns needs to hold there pizza makers accountable and the people who check the order before it goes out !!! I’m a repeating customer but this just made me never want to order from them again !

It was a cool experience. The young lady at the front counter was thicker than a snicker so, I will definitely be going back based on that experience (Respectfully of course.) Pizza was too had the thin crust pepperoni, jalapeno peppers and pineapple. Delicious.

I ordered an extra large pizza and 16 wings I asked for red peppers and parm cheese the man handed me one pack of each. I stated I have an extra large pizza he replied with .50 cents per pack for additional. I usually don’t patron this pap johns and now I know why. Terrible customer service.
