Well the atmosphere was definitely in the right spot for sure and the staff was 100% friendly with minor absence. Now to the main deal… the food. Well my brother and I both got the 40 Day Dry Aged 20oz for $81 totaling $162 for both and let me say I was 100% absolutely unsatisfied and my brother was 50/50. My steak still medium rare was completely burned and char on the outside and the steak had no flavor what so ever. My brother’s was medium well and was quite a bit better but still lacking flavor. I feel with a piece of meat like that it should have been treated better and with more respect. The best part about the meal was the potatoes and greenbeans with the complementary bread and butter.

Had a birthday dinner for my daughter here. Everyone raved about their food. We sampled each other’s dishes. Yes indeed their pork chops are the best I’ve ever had. They have amazing drinks. The waitress was personable, knowledgeable and gave great recommendations. The private room was perfect. The absolute best dining experience I’ve had. Thank you Nouveau for making our night special. Here’s to many happy returns.

Not what I expected. They truly do have a good selection of protein. Most restaurants will tell you pricing when the swordfish is $60 on special, my definition of Special might be different. They were out of the finer wine, and they didn’t have what we requested. Celebrating a dual birthday and being told we couldn’t even pay a corkage fee, was a bit of a bummer. Probably won’t be back, it’s a shame, the food did not match the service. It was family restaurant service and style, with top quality meats. I’ll try again if it’s open in a year.

Dinner w/ my Husband. It was our 1st visit & definitely not our last. Nicole our server was so friendly & knowledgeable answered All of my “many” questions about the menu.my Husband had the French onion soup ( i had a taste it was incredible!!) best he’s ever had !!! I ordered the Argula salad so good loved the dressing.my entree was the scallops which was a special w/ a lemon Beurre Blanc sauce scalloped potatoes & green beans. they were happy to let me subsitute from original sides. My meal was FANTASTIC!!!! My husband had the Sword fish w/ a sweet potato purée scallops potatoes & Brussel spout he LOVED IT !! We brought home a piece of peanut butter chocolate mousse cake which was out of this world!! Beautiful place lovely atmosphere.Nicole helped make our whole experience even better by being so nice !!

First time visit, my sister and I took my mom out for a belated Mother’s Day dinner tonight. Everything was excellent. I work in the food industry and appreciated everything from the way the host sat us to every level of service following. The steaks were out of this world good. Nice cocktail list and really good wine selection with reasonable prices as well. This will be a place to return to again and again for us.

Terrible experience…. I reserved a table almost a week ahead for a special occasion for my daughter and then when I walked in I was being seated at the kitchen bar area. How unprofessional!! I was told that since it was online so I should expect to be seated anywhere unless I had specified in the notes… well… when I reserved and when I called to confirm the reservation it didn’t say anywhere that that’s the norm. When I said that it was unprofessional and I was going to review them bad the manager said “you shouldn’t give me a bad review because I was kind to you”…. Wow!!

The seating was what made our experience very memorable. We sat at the kitchen bar. All of the food was amazing. The presentation, timely manner between courses, and friendliness of staff is was puts this restaurant above all others.The staff was extremely friendly with customers and each other. The attention to detail was impressive. We will be returning to this restaurant very soon.
