sept 17 at 3pm. 4 kids working. not busy at all. tables were filthy. orders a hard taco and chicken chalupa for dine in. gave them my nameand went and sat down waiting to hear my name called. a pick up bag is placed in the mobile pick up window and our order was for here so we didnt think it was ours bc it also wasnt on a tray. it sat. we waited. no one called my name, no one told us it was ours. mind you, no one is in the dining room and it was in a bag for a “for here” order. got up and my names on the bag. had to ask for a tray. food was obviously cold by now. 4 people and not one word telling us our order was ready.

We paid way to much for what we got. They scammed us with the amount of food in each taco. We decided to go back and get new food. When we got back, we found out that they scammed us again with little amount of food in each taco. Horrible. I can’t believe it.

Handicapped parking wheelchair access west side doors , short man trap style, online order mobile delivery through app , mobile self serve kiosk ,clean sanitary , hand sanitizer available no other obvious pandemic precautions ,( I think once your on the sidewalk you can technically use the single style front door but you can only get on/ off sidewalk from the rear west side and the east side has the drive thru . Food was fresh hot well prepared I got a chicken bean quesadilla a 5 layer burrito and a couple of dollar menu burritos for a midnight snack .I did not find an active Wi-Fi connection .

Almost every drive-thru order is inaccurate, even when using the app. A few managers have spoken rudely when we asked for corrections. Quality of content varies widely at this location. Our latest order had a drip of meat on nachos bell grande and very little beans in bean burrito, for example. Other times items are stuffed full. In house seems better.

From out of town. Please send your staff to Peoria Illinois and teach them how to cook and keep a restaurant clean! Very good. Right amount of toppings. Super quick even though they were busy. And clean restaurant. Ones by us back home cannot keep their restaurant clean and they close at 10pm dine in. This place open til 3am and still on point!

Extremely disappointing. Not up to taco Bell standards. Ordered a 7 layer burrito.. barely any of the 7 items were put inside. A guy from management was sitting nearby and I showed him what I had gotten…his response was for me to take back to the counter and he continued to sit there. There was a line of frustrated people waiting for their food already. So not only they can’t make the food properly, it’s probably from the poor example of the sitting manager. Call me old but a real manager would have gotten off his behind, taken care of my dissatisfaction, but also to help the crew . Date of visit Tuesday June 25, 645 pm.

Is there a new manager at this location? Hands down the best Taco Bell I’ve ever had by a mile!!!! The food was HOT and FRESH and wasn’t just throw together and messy. If the food is always like this,I will be back! Stopped eating Taco Bell because of terrible food and service at this location! It’s been over a year since I’ve had it and it was worth the wait!
