I have eaten here several times over the past 3 years. From my experience, food has always been fresh and taste good. The pinto beans are very good, especially when they are spicy. The chicken is pretty good too. The chicken burrito is very tasty. The tostada is good however, the chicken can be a bit dry on the tostada. The prices are slightly high but you are paying for quality. I never had an issue with the customer service, the staff has been pretty good.

Great customer service. What I like about it .they helped me take my order.cause I have trouble ordering extra tortillas or side orders. Other Pollo don’t help me so just cancel my order and leave. Street tacos are way over priced. The shrimp ones only come with 2 shrimp each inside taco. Taco poorly put together, food looks depressing!
Poor customer service also. The drive through lady gave me a hard time about getting extra salsa. I got a Taco platter plus a chicken avocado burrito and apparently that gets you only one small red and green salsa! I put that on a single taco!

Just door dashed from here and ordered the Avocado Verde quesadilla, and it was overly filled with guacamole(and I love guacamole but not to the point where its inedible),and like 3 MAYBE 4 pieces of chicken, and those chicken pieces had fat.
