I stopped by Wendy’s recently, and while the food was decent—warm and somewhat fresh—the overall experience left a lot to be desired. The service was poor, with the staff appearing disengaged and uninterested in helping customers. Despite the restaurant not being particularly busy, the wait time for my order was unusually long. When I finally got my food, it felt like the staff was rushing to get rid of me rather than making an effort to ensure a good experience. There’s potential here, but they really need to focus on improving customer service and efficiency to make the visit worthwhile.

Forgetful Witch
Number 8 on their menu is clearly the Asiago Chicken Ranch Club. It comes on a bun with ranch, bacon, tomato, chicken and lettuce. Does anyone see bacon? Ranch? This is after they argued with us about what is and isn’t on the sandwich when all I asked was to have the lettuce removed. That’s it. All I wanted was the lettuce off, leave everything else on. And suddenly they’re like “oh you want ketchup, mustard?” NO!!!!!! This is the second day they messed up my order. The other day I asked for the SAME sandwich, the same “no lettuce” and they slapped a spicy chicken on it with tomato. No bacon. No cheese. It wasn’t busy so it’s not like they mixed up my order.

How do you screw up an order with only two cars waiting in the drive thru? Chaos in the kitchen, no one knew who made what and I just KNEW my burger would be messed up. And it was. Things had been better here lately, but today another egg was laid.

This Wendy’s is like many others.the food, a Dave’s Double, and a taco salad were both very good. The service had some issues. For example, they had no trays for carrying one’s food to a table. Also, it seemed like there was no effort to make getting drinks easy. So very good on the food, so zo for the rest.

I waited for my food for 20 minutes after paying. Food was delivered to my vehicle by someone not in uniform. Our food was incorrect and the bag was not taken back into the restaurant, was given directly to another customer. When asking for receipt was handed a large pile of 30 receipts and told to find mine within them. My order was still wrong, I was asked to take the incorrect items out of my bag and give back to them even though they were already opened. Would not recommend visiting this location.

The Baconator is one of my favorite Burgers however I can’t eat two patties and they don’t offer the bacon cheeseburger in a single Baconator is supposed to have two kinds of cheese mine just had one slice of cheese and two pieces of bacon I have to admit though they still have the best fries and the change is in the frosties are kind of neat also

Food is ok but service sucks. They like hiring ppl that don’t like to do their job. This is most the ppl from night crew. They hire ppl that like to stand around and do their job but they want the money. Do not work for Wendy’s they don’t treat their employees that like to work to earn their money.
