First time at this location. I ordered the largest size of iced tea they have. Paid almost 6 dollars. I took 3 sips before realizing my drink was pretty much gone! I find it hard to believe that this is their default amount of ice. What a ripoff….

My favorite starbucks! Staff is so lovely even when they’re slammed. Super helpful and patient. Had a really nice conversation a week or so ago with the girl at the window while waiting for my drink. I wish I would’ve caught her name because she really did help set a positive tone for my day 🙂

Every Starbucks is filled with employees trying their hardest, lines are always wrapped around the building regardless of location around this time, and walk in usually isn’t much better. Today is Christmas Day, and like usual busy- but the employees here are standing on business. Never have I seen a Starbucks location – especially on a holiday working as efficiently and joyously (even though it’s Christmas, they don’t want to be here).not really a Starbucks person, but they aced it today, from coffee, experience and quickness

I went to Starbucks today and got two drinks and stayed there for several hours while crocheting. The atmosphere was peaceful and the people who served me were so very nice. The drinks are absolutely delicious. I had service with a smile. Getting in and out of the parking space is difficult because of where the store is located and the amount of traffic going through the drive-through but it is really worth it. It is really sad that people don’t want to wait for a car to back out and drive away. I had to wait until all the traffic was gone from the drive-through before I was able to back out and leave. I have tried two other Starbucks and this is the one I like the best.

This location is the best location in my opinion. All the ladies are very patient kind and courteous. They have long lines but these women work so hard to get your drink to you in a timely monitor. What I notice the most is their team work. They even have someone outside and take your order at times to speed it up. I’m in a rush in the morning and I’m very impressed how fast they get my coffee. I drive 20 minutes the opposite direction to come here because when I go to Howe ave I wait all that time and they still get my order wrong. At Howe ave I order a 5/4 white lightning they don’t even mix the white mocha so it’s thick with nothing but sweetener. just rush through and guess what they end up making it over and over wasting product and wasting time. People spend 5.45 for a 5/4 they don’t mind paying for as long as it’s made right. I appreciate so much all the employees on graham rd because they make my day every morning. Thank you ❤️ always great customer service.
