Arrived at Wendy’s approximately 1130a, 2 cars in front of me at drive thru. Once at drive thru started to place order while placing order employee was sighing loudly thru speaker and cutting me off. Get to window to pay same server was slamming drinks in holder in window, took my card, and gave no receipt. I checked my bag there was no napkins and the burger I asked for no ketchup due to allergy was loaded with ketchup. Fries were so cold they were rubbery. Told her burger was wrong and she took it back then told me to pull up. I went inside server was still very nasty and aggressive. This behavior is not called for if this isn’t your profession you should get another. I will not be coming back. I will post my review and picks on all platforms that I can ax this was un called for. Burger after receiving and waiting was still very cold and inedible.

Just came through not even 20 minutes ago, asked for two doublestacks plain with extra cheese and waited like 10 minutes just to get home and see them covered in ketchup and everything I asked not to be on them along with the extra cost for the cheese. Paid 9$ for nothing. You need to hire some competent employees instead of ignorant children. Also have to mention I was the only car there when I ordered. SMH can’t even take an order, that’s beyond incompetence that’s just not caring about your job, I wad loud and clear. -thank you for showing me I can’t even go get a simple order, sincerely the pissed off guy in the blue challenger.

EVERY time is something, the bacon cheeseburger was all out of place, bread was falling apart because of how old is was, even the paper wrap was all greasy and open. New tenders was ok.

This has now happened three separate times. We place a takeout order, and every time something is wrong when we get home. This is not an occasional mistake—it’s a pattern.
The restaurant was not busy during these visits, and there was no visible reason for the repeated errors. Order accuracy is a basic expectation, especially when customers are paying full price and leaving with food to go. Needing to check every item before leaving should not be the standard.
The service here is consistently poor, and at this point it reflects a management failure. When mistakes keep happening and nothing changes, it indicates a lack of training, supervision, and accountability. It also gives the impression that customer feedback is either ignored or not taken seriously.
Overall, this location demonstrates low service standards and little attention to quality or customer experience.

This Wendy’s is slow, opens and closes whenever they feel like it instead of at their posted times, and is always disgusting inside. They have a habit of claiming to be out of whatever food you conveniently ordered, but will still check your mobile order in so you can’t cancel it or get a refund. Every time they do this you will have to wait until the next business day to talk to someone from corporate who will try to offer you free food instead of a refund and will give you the run around until you give up and issue a chargeback through your bank. Ordering anything here is a complete gamble and a truly miserable experience.
The food is alright sometimes though.

Fries were soggy and the manager screamed at my children for simply trying to refill their cups that I paid for!!!! They gave us flat disgusting drinks through the drive thru and we went in a few minutes later to refill them because they were FLAT and the manager proceeded to scream at my children and made them throw the cups away!! And I paid for them!! We will never go to another Wendy’s again!!! This place sucks!!!!!

Every time I’m order on door dash it’s always wrong. They never have vanilla frosty. They always give no or wrong sauce and I always have to stand there before my order is taken for 5 or more minutes when there is nobody at the counter and people are playing and joking I stead of taking their work serious. It may just be fast food but it’s still a job. Not a chill lounge. Show your employer better work ethics or this will be the job you hold most of your life.

Stopped in drive thru Saturday afternoon 4:30pm where husband got a double cheeseburger meal and I did the biggie bag meal jr bacon cheeseburger. We didn’t have to wait in line. The server was friendly. Food quality is your typical fast food with only complaint on the fries. They weren’t fresh tasting…like maybe the oil needed to be changed and were over fried. But other than that, we are satisfied and would go again.

I asked for a spicy chicken, instead of telling me they didn’t have it, they gave me a regular chicken sandwich as if the two are the same thing. If you didn’t have spicy chicken, why didn’t you tell me that? I would have ordered something else. This place is worthless and so are the employees. You don’t just substitute someone’s food without telling them. If you don’t have what I ordered, tell me.

Been here a few times and food quality is old. Just tried going to dine in at 9:30 for lemonade and it was closed (it’s supposed to be open till 10) went to drive through instead and nobody answered. We drove by the window and there was three people just standing around in there. Don’t recommend this Wendy’s.
