I ordered Sirloin & Ribs, it comes with salad. Caesar salad was good. The sauce for ribs was too strong for me though Sirloin was good. My friend ordered sweet potato for sides and looked delicious, I will try it next time.

Weve eaten at outback 3 times in the past month and its just been BAD! The pasta was horrible, the chicken tasted like fish. We arent seafood eaters and the manager said they had just cooked fish on the grill and that was why. Our last experience was yesterday and were just done. 4 of us, and we all got steak. The new Delmonico was basically all fat with very little actual meat. The 2 others were NY strips and apparently they were bad cuts because they had tough “tendons” running thru them and you literally could not even cut them. My husband sent his back, it was disgusting. He didnt get to eat anything. I tried so hard to eat mine but gosh, it was just awful. 3/4 of all of our steaks were left on the plates. The manager removed my husband’s meal from our bill, but one huge issue i have is the manager, whom weve spoken to twice now. She is quite loud, and over talks you. Were trying to explain whats going on with our food, and she doesnt let you speak. She interrupts and speaks so loud and quickly you just give up after a few mins of trying. She offered to remake his, he said no because it was THAT bad, but then we were trying to tell her the issues with the other steaks but she never would let any of us talk, at all. Its rude, its annoying, and I hate it because outback was our favorite place! We ate here so regularly, and the past several times its been this way! The service yesterday evening was ok, she never refilled our drinks, we asked for more bread and she never brought it. We had to ask again about 25 mins after we asked the 1st time and then eventually she did bring it. She had a large group but they left way before that. So im not sure what the deal was, but overall if youre wanting a consistent restaurant avoid this one, unfortunately

We had given up on Outback close to home years back but today we found ourselves at the Outback in Hamburg Lexington. The music was great and our waitress Barbera absolutely a delight so friendly and kind I could not ask for better service. To the chef on duty today the food was superb usually there is something on a plate you don’t like but not today I enjoyed every single bite!! I would come to this one over and over again thank you guys for such a positive experience!!!! This is the best I have had in a long time!!!!! Definitely got the happy food dance of approval!!!!

Our waiter Darius was excellent!!! Drinks were always full, bread and appetizer were perfectly timed, very knowledge about meals answering all questions and checked in consistently!!! Absolutely the best!!! Great job Darius and delicious food Chef’s!!!!

I went there with my family and out server Keisha was absolutely amazing, she was very nice and friendly. Our drinks did not go empty once. Keisha was an absolute rockstar, I will visit this location again based off service. The food was great as well. The atmosphere was very pleasant

Updated 9.18.2024: I can confirm my previous posts. The service is still lacking. When we sat down there was a wet nap in the seat and a napkin on the floor. While our waitress was nice our glasses were empty multiple times. In addition, it was like she didn’t take away used plates and with six people they kept piling up. Not one plate was picked up until we were literally about to get up and leave. We ended up moving some over to the table next to us that had not been bussed even though the customers left 15 minutes prior. The biggest thing that I found rude was that we had a birthday with us. Some of us were still eating and the waitress pushed the birthday girl to pick a dessert even though she was still eating her entree. I thought maybe she would wait to bring it out but she brought it immediately. We had to shuffle plates around to find room for it since no other plates had been picked up. The dessert sat in the middle of the table for at least minutes before she even started eating it. (glad it wasn’t ice cream) As soon as she started eating the waitress brought the check. It was obvious she was trying to get us out the door. As a side note, they were at about 25% capacity so they did not need the table. Food was delicious but the Aussie Rum Punch was not. The ingredients were not incorporated/mixed well.

Update: 7.25.2023 We visited yesterday for lunch and the service has improved (at least for this visit). Carly was extremely attentive and friendly.

The atmosphere was fine. Our server was quick at first and got our orser for our drinks but after that she got distracted with another customer where they chitchat for quite sometime and we were just there looking at her and waiting for her to get our orders. We waited roughly 15 to 20 minutes for our orders to be taken. When we got our food, it was not what I expected (since I have eaten on other branches of this resto. The food was dry and I got my sides wrong. I didn’t anymore complain since we have waited for our food for quite some time already.

Tonight was not our best experience at Outback.
The blooming onion was overcooked (very dark brown). One of our party ordered Sirloin Steak and it came out with large grizzle through out. One got the skewered steak ordered medium rare it came out well done. We will admit they were slammed and the kitchen had to be in the weeds deep. The consistency was suffering and we cut them slack. Outback is normally a good place to go, tonight was not their night.

Went for an early dinner so the restaurant wouldn’t be crowded. We were seated in the bar area at a booth. The lady that seated us introduced herself as the manager and told us our server’s name. Our server came to take our drink orders and went to get them. He seemed to have that “glazed look” in his eyes that led me to believe he was under the influence of something. We looked over the new specials and menus and made our choices. Another server brought us some bread. Our server finally came back with the drinks and took our order. He was practically whispering which made it difficult for my elderly companion to hear what he was saying. We ate a whole loaf of bread and half of another one (we had to ask for another one), before getting our entrees. Since I ate so much bread I couldn’t eat all of my meal so I needed a to go box. We waited over 15 minutes to get our server’s attention. Not only our server, but every worker there seemed to avoid any customers. The filet was not as good as it usually is, the Queensland chicken and shrimp had a different sauce and the noodles weren’t the same. For the price, this is not what I would recommend.
