Ordered 4 pizzas only to get home and realize I was only given 3 of them. One of them was their new flatbread pizza which was quite small and had way more crust than a flatbread pizza should have. It was very disappointing. I think I’m officially done with giving Pizza Hut money until they get their act together, especially when I didn’t even get a pizza I ordered. They must be treating their employees terribly because they are clearly understaffed

Ordered online; ordered cheese Alfredo with breads ticks. I am vegetarian. I received chicken Alfredo. I also ordered a soda 20 Oz. Doordash didn’t deliver my drink. When my driver realized he forgot my drink: he returned and talked to the store. The store gave him a 2 liter to replace their mistake. I appreciate the attempt to remedy their mistake although it will not remedy the stomachache ill have until I pass what I did not order in my food. Im only happy I realized part way through. Im also relieved that im vegetarian for reasons other than health; this could have been worse. Next time I order off the website- why not have a driver deliver instead of a third party? I dont want a refund- would rather a better experience.

The food was extremely expensive. I was ordering for myself and someone else, and it all came out to be $30! I got three items from the $7 meal deal, and then the delivery fee bumped it up to $40! The food was decent. Though, I think it was a bit dry. You’re paying a premium for a mediocre meal – you might as well eat at a fancy restaurant with that price tag and get your money’s worth.

I haven’t had pizza hut in years. Decided to give it a go and I was not disappointed. The cashier lady was so fast and accurate. Crazy is she seemed so young. Give her a raise. The food was very tasty

Tried the $2 personal pan deal & I didn’t even get $2 worth of toppings on all 5 pizzas I ordered. I ordered 2 cheese that barely had any cheese or sauce on them, a grilled chicken with peppers that maybe only had 4 piece on the entire pizza, a pepperoni which was a little better but lacking toppings & sauce, the only one presentable was the pizza with ham it was completely covered. I should have known when they almost gave my order to the Doordash driver because nobody verified the order I should have checked but I had already been waiting 15 mins over my “Ready Time”. No need to call & complain because they don’t answer the phone.

I ordered a P’zone, some wings and some of the stuffed garlic knots. The garlic knots had NO sauce whatsoever! Then the marinara that was supposed to go with the P’zone and the knots was so watered down and thin that it made things even worse! We tried for 20 minutes to get a hold of this store, only to be transferred to a store in another state! Then we find out that no matter what store number you call, you now go to a call center! And apparently they aren’t very good at the call center! Finally got transferred to the RIGHT store and they are going to remake the knots.

I was reminded today that there has always been–and still is–a real difference in the quality of a Pizza Hut pizza versus other national chains.
This location nailed all aspects of the experience; from the lady on the phone taking the order to the staff onsite who greeted me friendly and professionally, to the pizza itself.
I asked for extra sauce on the pizza; a request I rarely feel is actually done at other chains, and it was perfect.
It was also nice that it took exactly how long they said it would take for my order to be ready; 15 mins.

Really close, yummy pizza to where I live. Me and my brother enjoy this Pizza Hut, especially on the weekends. Everything is delicious and made pretty fast. Love it!

Our internet order was so good and perfect. We never had a pizza ordered come so fast. The driver we got nicknamed “Speedy” was true to it. Super kind. We all liked him. Next time instead of a 20% digital tip, it will be raised. He deserves it. Whoever cooked our pizza as well is a great asset for your store too. Great job yall!
