First, we were greeted by the host and sat almost instantly. We started off with the Shrimp Fritto Misto, which came out fairly quickly. It was delicious and crispy.
I got the Pasta e Fagioli, salad, and breadsticks. It took a little bit to get my soup refill, but it was all made very well. I wouldn’t take a star off for this because it’s not considered food and I am quite picky, but the sweet tea was a miss.
We were checked on multiple times by both the waitress, and Other members of staff. Great service!

Today I ordered a to-go five cheese spaghetti with shrimp and grilled chicken. Normally I wouldn’t complain but seeing as every meat is an additional $5 I called to ask for a partial refund or to see if I could pick up the missing item. I was able to get in touch with the host who transferred me to a to-go team member line who left me on hold for 23 minutes on a Wednesday night. On top of that, as I finished my soup I noticed a hair at the bottom. This was highly disappointing and not the standard I’m used to. The waterford location has been declining and for the prices we pay, the services should be better.

We visited this Olive Garden on Colonial Dr. for a Mother’s Day dinner with my boyfriend’s family, and everything was lovely. The food was exactly what you’d hope for—fresh, flavorful, and served hot. But what really stood out was the staff. They were incredibly attentive, making sure our large party was comfortable and had everything we needed without ever feeling rushed.
It was a busy holiday, but service still felt personal and smooth. From endless breadsticks to pasta, everything hit the mark. A great spot for a family celebration!

On a busy Friday night my husband and I were seated right away. Our server Carter was “in the weeds” but so pleasant and accommodating. Assisted by his trusty colleague Hannah, our experience was the best. Teamwork makes the dream work! The food and service was great and we would be delighted to be served by Carter and Hannah again. Both are very conscientious and exemplary members of this Olive Garden family.

The food is always exceptional at Olive Garden. But what really tied the experience was our incredible server Danielle. I don’t write many reviews but this person deserves to have recognition. She was extremely attentive to refilling drinks, breadsticks, soups, salads, and making sure we had everything we needed. She was extremely personable and friendly. I haven’t experienced service this exceptional in a long time. Danielle went above and beyond, and we truly appreciate the outstanding service. Thank you again!
