I just saw a post where the owner criticized a patron for complaining about credit card surcharges and said, that has nothing to do with the food. He also criticized this take out for always being closed and never being open. Some of these new business restauranteers need to get a clue. Here is a little education: You don’t get to come here and dictate what people say about your restaurant. Reviews are set up as the customers domain, they post what they want. So that you can get a positive review, your job is to be professional enough to open at the hours you say youre open and actually be opened, advertise a menu that actual has items cooked that you are going to cook and cook it well. Be nice when people come to get their food with their hard earned money. Set the prices for your food accordingly, so that you don’t have to explain why you are charging people for your credit card fee billing instead of absorbing the cost because you didn’t included it in the cost of your meals as a cost of doing business. That’s not on the customer to figure out, that’s on you to address ahead of time. So actually this is your problem to fix and with in your control and it does have something to do with the food ultimately. If more small businesses would address matters like this ahead of time, maybe they could stay in business.

Completely unacceptable experience. My shrimp was completely overcooked and not edible and they did not even have the right sides with the order. I ordered hushpuppies and coleslaw and received fries. The shrimp was almost black and fully hard from being overcooked. The lobster tail was unseasoned as well. This is the 3rd time I have ordered and each time the sides were wrong.

We ordered once and the food was great. Second time we ordered food online and when I went to pick it up the store was closed. The online ordering doesn’t allow refunds unless the restaurant processes the refund, but they never did. Calls to their phone number always went to voicemail for days, no refund ever issued. I had to file a charge back with my bank to get my money back. terrible experience for a small business to have. will never order again as I like to know my money is well spent and not have to fight to get it returned. AVOID THIS PLACE.
